Ripped our car apart and then asked for more money than their estimate to continue work and then refused to put the car back together after. Horrible service. Take your car somewhere else. Be warned.

These people seriously rock. My 2013 Buick’s side mirror had a run in with a pole and needed to be replaced. I called and got quoted by 2 other shops. Nearly 1k each quote. I called Eric at J&R and they got me fixed up for 300 bucks. They were extremely responsive and kind. They even tossed in a free headlight that had recently gone out with all of the winter storms. If I could give a 100/10 I would. Thank you guys for giving honest quotes and not inflating the price for quality work. Shops like this are hard to come by nowadays.

Took my car there for repairs after a collision. The service was great, staff was super nice, and the repairs look perfect. Highly recommend these guys, they also kept me updated with progress on dealing with the insurance company and acquiring parts.

Took my car here based on good reviews and they did not disappoint. Quality body work, friendly service, easy to reach and receptive to all questions. They provided regular updates and my car came out cleaner than in went in. You can tell they are focused on upholding their good reputation and it’s a win-win for everyone. Would recommend J&R to anyone.

I had a very frustrating summer where I needed body work done on two separate occasions. Thankfully I happened upon J&R for my first batch of body work and they were so excellent I came back my second time around. Barb and Eric are both very skilled and honest in their work. Customer Service was awful!! Brought vehicle to them to replace a broken sun shade, they were unable to make the repair and still charged me $1000 for a new shade and labor to install. They charged me for a project they were unable to complete. I expected them to be the professionals and they should have known about potential issues instead told me they could fix it and could not! They had no issue taking my $1000 and I left with NOTHING. Do not bring any sunroof repairs to these folks! Gave them one star because the site made me post a rating, zero stars is the rating I would give!Service: Body & Trim
