Called for a quote for filling services, the secretary that answered my call was absolutely rude. She sounded like she did not want to be at work. I asked if the information that was going to be put in is a pre-assessment to the service or if I needed to commit to the service upon putting this information in and she proceeded to catch an attitude, and when I asked for a clarification on what she was referring to, she hung up the phone on me. No wonder why small businesses in St. Louis are dying. It’s because folks like her that deter your locals from using your services. Hire someone that wants to help your business grow not crush it to the ground.

My experience was pleasant and helpful. The auditor was very knowledgeable. She offered suggestions to save me money. I owed the Federal government and she helped me set up a payment plan. I have been a customer for a few years and she remembered me and my circumstances.
