Ok so, where do I start? First, I made an appt for the same day. I tried calling just to see what the criteria was to be eligible for the loan. No answer. I called ALOT! Back to back! No one answered. I get there and the door is locked. It's dark. No lights. No sign of business. It looked closed. I had to put my face up to the glass door to look inside and see a light skinned heavy-set lady sitting at the desk (far right) just looking at me. She eventually came to the door to see what I wanted. She asked if I was there for a refund loan. I told her I had an appointment. She didn't even know I had an appointment! She then let me in. She asked me if I had filed last year. I told her her no. She then told me that if I had file then I would've been eligible for the advance. So if you didn't file with them last year, do not bother because they won't bother typing anything into the computer. I'm upset because had she ANSWERED THE PHONE, I would've never had to go to be turned away?
