I didn't purchase anything. The escalator ride was enjoyable, though. I just saw the same old stuff with higher price tags. Nothing special.

A lot of disorganized racks. Prices not clearly marked. Sale prices can be decieving. Long lines to be checked out. It could be better.

I visited JCPenney recently on Friday, Dec. 7, while exploring the mall, and had a great experience. One of the employees with blonde hair was very friendly and showed me a lighted mirror while I sampled a couple of cosmetics. I tried on the multitask concealer, and the mirror’s lighting made it easy to see how it looked on my face, which I really appreciated.
I’ve always received good service at this JCPenney, whether browsing cosmetics, shoes, or clothes on previous visits. They consistently offer great deals, and I highly recommend this store. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Bought an item "on sale" for 19.99 regular price $60.00 got home peeled off the tag...another price tag under the 60, originally priced at 20.99.

I went to my local South Co JCPenny to get a pair of snow boots for my son. We looked on the JCPenney website and in bold letters it says they price match all online and in store retailers. The staff at the check out could not be nicer and contacted there Mananger on duty a young gentleman named Jack. He would not honor the price match even though its states on there website they do. Jack was very quick to make his choice not to honor the jcpenny website. I will no longer be shopping at jcpenny. It's unfortunate as a child of the 1980s jcpenny was the go to for clothing and just about anything else. I feel like the manager Jack needs to learn customer service and that customer service is what keeps our local businesses in business. Please do not support this jcpenny as the Mananger Jack does nothing. Below is a few photos of the listing of the Walmart price and then the jcpenny website showing that they honor price matching.

Katie W. at the JC Penney's South County location was excellent. She went over and beyond to check on the size shoe we needed for my nephew, She provided everything we needed from verifying his shoe size to finding a good fit for his new jogging outfit. Katie W is professional, patient, pays atteniton to detail, and should be recognized as a ideal model employee for JC Penney's.
Unfortunately, the survey is only good for 7 days and I missed it but, I wanted to show my gratitude and commend the service provided by Katie W at South County.

Well today I drove an hour and a half to JC Penneys at the South County Mall to pick up an air fryer that was on sale for approximately $130.00. We get there wait in line get the fryer pay no .mind to the box because, hey it should be brand new. Het out yo the car and I noticed it was making alot if noise as I Iwalked sounding loose. So I opened the box and noticed right off the Styrofoam is broken and missing half of it. Open up the doors no trays and its the wrong air fryer to begin with. So we take it back in and return it, then an employee and I go look for the right one. Find it carry it upstairs and find out its been opened and has 2 baskets and nothing else. Its only supposed to have one basket. So they call the big little manager over and see if I can get a discount. He states he watched his employee pack it and it's brand new. Well if an employee is packing it, its not brand new buddy. He was going to try and stick me with the bad air fryer in the end. Luckily I had already got my money back from the previous incorrect sale. So I saluted him and walked out. Lost 5 hours of my life and 40 bucks in fuel. Very poor customer service and they should be ashamed of their management, because I will not be back they made the list.

Went to the salon it is a great place and will be back for one next time for sure!! I would highly recommend anyone to go in and make sure you have an appointment we did a walk in and waited a while but we'll worth it!! Highly recommend
