This place has the worst customer service.The owner real rude ,and talk to customers like the community don’t pay their bills.I would not recommend this shop to nobody in the community nor out the community another BLACK OWNED BUSINESS THAT I WILL NEVER SUPPORT AGAIN VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Took my mower to this place because it kept starting and stopping. Never changed old oil and the self cable looks damage. I was called 4 days later just to get there and have the same problem. Guy just says “oh I guess it’s not ready, I’ll give you a call”. Then calls 10 days later talking about do I want him to junk it cause he called me twice and I never came (lies). I asked what they do, never told me, just said I had to do a full overhaul (whatever that means). Charged me $100 which I fell like they did a temporary fix

I suppose a good place to go if you're a local and or family. Worked about 5 hours and got $20. Was told offthe bat it would be unrealistic expectations, the owner having the ability to turn 15 mowers a day lead to his son in-law to think someone way less experienced should be able to do 10. Then I was at least granted the opportunity to work in the shop for the afternoon, and worked through most of my anxiety by the end of it, was feeling pretty good leaving on how I'd do day 2, really had a rough start. Just to be handed 20 dollars and told I don't even get a full day now that I actually gotten to build any type of comfortability in the shop. Honestly felt like the son in law didn't want anyone else there at all, what ever the reason, I still think it's funny he took the blade I sharpened and wrecked it ... He should definitely ask someone else to show me up on blade sharpening.

Was told they don't do electrical work on lawnmowers, only engine problems. Had a wire that pulled away from the starter botton.

Don't bother with this place they know absolutely nothing about fixing lawn mowers. Went to the for one problem and the did a tune up instead of fixing the issue. Even breaking the self propel in the process. When we took it back they legit took the string out for the self propel and said it was fixed. Of course when it was brought to their attention they were clueless as to how it happened and so didn't give me my money back. So now I was stuck buying a whole to lawnmower. I'm all about giving my money over to black businesses but they need to shut this place down.Wish I could give negative stars!!!!!

So I noticed a little difference when I pick up my mower. Wasn't explained what was serviced but a smoking lawn mower with possible water in it and too much oil was $125. Was told thetly were a week behind but I guess mine wasnt too bad because I got a call to pick up after two days. Good timing and could be a bit better structured and convenient for customers but always down to support black businesses.

I bright my lawnmower in to be serviced one day and never heard from them again. After a week of not hearing from them I decided to call. When I called they told me they don’t know where my lawnmower is (crazy). So the owner just gave me a lawnmower and I thought that’s was cool. When it came the season to have my grass cut I tried to start the mower and it didn’t work. I tried to bring it back so they could service it and they told me I had to pay again which is crazy when they didn’t fix nothing in the first place.
