Jimmie John’s doesn't answer their phone! My app isn't working and i tried to call at 1:15-1:24 on a Sunday…they answer, hang up and thats it! Business must be good

I visited this location yesterday. I found a foreign object after one bite, a piece of wax paper or part of a napkin, I couldn’t really tell initially since it was soaked in mayo. I promptly returned to the store with the sandwich to inform the lady working. I was not upset at first, just more shocked to find something other than edible items in my sub. The way she spoke to me was nauseating and unnecessary. “That didn’t come from my sandwich line. You sabotaged your own sandwich.” was her response. What??!!! I’m not going to detail her condescending comments and rudeness, but do not be surprised if you encounter poor customer service here. I could not believe what I was hearing. There were however, two very kind and respectful male employees who were very nice.Yes, I have nothing better to do than waste 45 minutes driving back and forth on my lunch hour to put an object in my sandwich so I could sabotage myself and not eat my meal. She refused to refund my money because she said she had no access to the cash drawer. Hmm, you took my cash, but can’t return it for an uneaten, inedible sandwich? I was told to return in two business days when the manger would be present to receive a refund. Will update.

Terrible experience at Jimmy John's. Staff members were disrespectful and laughed at our order. The manager's lack of professionalism and unfriendliness only added to the disappointment. Avoid this location if you're looking for decent customer service."

Freaky slow, Freaky slower should be their tagline. If you're short on drivers/staff, let the people know it will be 2 hours for delivery. Staff answered phone "hello" and when I called back 45 mins later was basically told, very condescendingly, to sit and wait because other people have been waiting 2+ hours for their food.Thanks for the great customer service. Thumbs down!

Arrived at 1:45pm today (Sunday) for lunch. I pulled into the drive-thru and a young woman’s voice said “Sorry, we’re out of bread.” If a sandwich shop is out of bread, why are they paying the workers inside to sit around on the clock rather than close down? It makes me wonder if they just didn’t want to work since they were closing down in an hour… Hope the manager is aware…

Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not go here. I placed an order online for a party order. When I realized it was placed for the wrong date I immediately tried to get in touch with the store to adjust the order. I could not get in touch with them and had to go to corporate for them to attempt to cancel. It has been 3months and 10+ calls and the owner of the store still has not credited me back. I will be filling disputes with the organization, credit card company and anywhere else I can.

I usually enjoy going to this location as they ate fast and make a good sandwich. However this trip was not good when I got to the office and went to eat my sandwich I found my $9 plus sandwich had little to no tuna on it. I have had this sandwich multiple times and have never had this happen. Since I was at work I was not able to return to get it fixed. I will give them another try but will be watching ro make sure they make the sandwich correct.

Ordered a sandwich, took it back because it turned out not to be what I expected, asked for something different. Was told that if I wanted a different sandwich I would need to buy another, that was the policy. I disagreed with that policy. Very rude group, ended up YELLING at me that if it was out of my pocket I would get it and I needed to learn how order. Be aware, no customer service at that location. You may want to pick another location!

Brutal customer service by the two young women working the register and counter during lunch. Didn't even get my single sandwich order correct. The women working the cash register.. smile. I hope your life isn't all that bad. Customer service rating would be a zero. For the sandwich; old lettuce and tomato. Made with zero effort. Im guessing this place will be gone if you continue with the current employment team. As a business owner I realize you don't pay the workers anything over 15 bucks an hour. You get what you pay for I suppose. Wont be back.

Not sure of the girls name(believe she is a manager) but without her I’m not sure the place would run efficiently as it does. She is always doing multiple things and making sure customers are taken care of. Along with ALWAYS being there to run the show…sometimes by herself. Kudos to you for getting the job done evening when it’s overwhelming.

I went to the drive thru on Tuesday sat at order speaker for about 5 minutes. No one came. I drove up to the pick up window. There was a mess all over the counter lights were on not one person to be seen.
