Went in because they advertised htv at 7.99. Not only did they not have it but it looked like a plague of locusts had gone through that department. Could not tell what vinyl was what price and quite a few required a worker to unlock the spindle in order to get any. Also the app was not able to show me the price even though I used the upc look up feature.

The supply of yarn was disgusting, no sport weight AT ALL! They are a national company for heaven sakes! They can't keep a supply of at least some of every weight/ply?

Craft paper marked 60% off. Great deal but no stock displayed. 3 visits same three packages of paper on shelves. Tried twice to call to speak to Manager. 2 calls 12 rings and then disconnected because no one answered. Regular shopper so very disappointed in lack of product and lack of response. It looks like false advertising to me when you have signs posted 60 % off and 3 days in a row no product. They just lost a very good customer.

I'm updating my review because in an entire year this bathroom is filthier than ever and now they have taken out paper towels so you don't have any options for a barrier. ?The staff here is reasonably friendly (most of the time - I did have to listen to two long time employees complain about a newer employee recently, which was grossly unprofessional) but I question everyone's mental state when no one in the store cares about cleanliness at all. If anyone working here questions why their company is going bankrupt, it's an obviously poor company culture. I wish Michael's carried the stuff I need.

I visited the JoANN store in South County yesterday to purchase a gift certificate for a friend. The staff was friendly, but when I inquired about the gift certificate, I received a blank stare. The employee suggested I try Schnucks, as they might have one. When I asked if there was an online version available, she said no. I am baffled that a retailer in today's world would be unable to handle a request to purchase a gift card.

Don't ask for help from the blonde at the cutting counter she is useless. Wondered around the fleece section forever she wouldn't even take the time to look up.a item number. Finally found a manager who looked it up turns out they didn't even have the material.
