I had a very positive shopping experience at Johnson Fitness and Wellness! I was looking for a good quality, very simple treadmill. Jeff Bettag patiently showed me several options. I was most impressed that he truly listened to my needs and did not try to sell me a model with fancy accessories that I did not want. or need! He was very professional and very knowledgeable and provided great service. I highly recommend Johnson Fitness and Wellness for your fitness equipment needs!

I had posted a previous review that may not be that appealing. However, Johnson Fitness got back with us immediately and it ended up just being a misunderstanding between both parties. They corrected it immediately and we will be receiving our new treadmill in 3 days. YAY!!! I would like to add that it impressed my wife and I on how this company called immediately and took care of the misunderstanding and made both of us feel this company is worth investing in. We are ALL human and sometimes issue do lay on both sides. At least this one did. Thanks Johnson Fitness & Wellness making it right. That's hard to find now a days. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like commercial equipment at residential prices. Strong and well built equipment. A big plus is that this company made it right immediately. Can't wait to use our new treadmill.Marc & Lynn B.

We were looking for a shop that had equipment that we could actually test out before buying. First, we went to a big chain store and there was nobody, literally NO ONE around to answer questions for us.We waited for about ten minutes, then left. We drove around a bit and found Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store and decided to go have a look. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Dan. He was friendly, polite, and professional, and was able to answer any question we had while steering us towards the equipment that would best suit our wants and needs.There was no pushing for more expensive equipment or upselling and tacking on useless items. It was straightforward, friendly, and honest.We purchased our home gym equipment from Johnson and we will be using them in the future for any other equipment needs we might need. I can't recommend them enough!

Just wanted to thank this group. My parents bought a Schwinn Air Dyne Pro. Bike is great. There was a slight delay in receiving it but the store gave updates all along the way and even offered to set up the floor model until the new bike arrived. The set up was great and they gave a complete breakdown of the machine and how to adjust it. Cleaned up after assembling it and took all the trash with them. Wonderful experience! Thank You

My wife purchased a BodyCraft cable machine in December 2020. In May 2021 one of the cables began separating from the plastic jacket on the outside of the cable.I called the store and they said to go online and fill out their warranty service form. Did that and didn't hear anything from them for weeks (they said it might be a couple weeks). In June I called to follow up and they said BodyCraft was discussing whether it would be covered. Said I would get a call, and I never did. In July I followed up again to learn they were still having the same discussion with BodyCraft. Johnson Fitness told me repeatedly that they would call me to keep me informed which they never did.In mid-July we finally were told that the service request was sent to their repair service. I was supposed to get a follow up call and didn't so I called back the next day to learn that it was not sent to the service company as they told me, and was still being discussed in email. Johnson Fitness told me that I should get a call from BodyCraft later that day. About an hour later I got an email that we had to pay for the part.This time I called BodyCraft and spoke with a service rep there that told me just to go direct from now on. 24 hours after that call I emailed my proof of purchase and pictures of the defect and within 30 minutes was notified that the part is ordered and in process. I get that parts fail, but the lack of attention from Johnson Fitness was super frustrating. Anytime I spoke with them it was because I had to follow up with them. They would not call me to keep me apprised of the situation.They said BodyCraft was difficult to deal with but my experience with BodyCraft was the complete opposite. Johnson Fitness was hard to deal with. BodyCraft was a walk in the park.Johnson Fitness also said something about how they are administering service now, but it was a total cluster. The equipment is good, but the service is terrible.

It has been 3 weeks since we ordered online to be shipped to the store. I called a week ago and the man sounded clueless as to why I was calling to check on the order and ask why we hadn't been charged. We called again today and were immediately told oh I'll call you back. Now the store is closed and we never got a call back.We thought ordering online would be more convenient, but now I am dreading having to go there for pick up. I doubt they'd even load it for me. Spending almost $1000, I have much higher expectations for customer service than what we have received.
