Shopping experience was great until I ordered my shoes online and clerk tried to make me feel guilty because they get paid in commission. She proceeded to tell me she has rent she has to pay and guilted me into sitting there and trying to figure out how to put paypal credit on my Google wallet after I told her it's different than the PayPal credit card and I can't add it to my wallet. It's embarrassing enough that I also have bills to pay and have to use certain payment methods & after trying to explain to her she still didn't get it and tried to tell me about good customer service. Good customer service doesnt include embarrassing customers and making them feel guilty about your bills. First time buying shoes at journeys and also my last .

I couldn't seem to find the right size today, but the workers were very patient with me trying on pairs and remained friendly the whole time. I did finally find what I was looking for.
Their selection was decent, but don't expect to find DCs in store. Just remember that you can always have an order put in for you.
Give them a shot.

There is this skinny petite manager lady up there who is just down-right nasty as in mean, rude & obviously doesn't care about making the company any money either. There was this other more kind and nice young lady brought me a pair of shoes... they fit well... was gonna buy em & everything... but the manager lady came out with a attitude & started yelling at her & was rude to me... so i just walked out. that lady couldn't be woke up if a grizzly bear busted in her kitchen window and raided the fridge.

Shoe selection isn't what it was before but still found a pair I really liked. Got me the shoe protector spray at check out, whatever, it works and I needed it but was not informed not to use it inside. It's basically adhesive lacquer thinner. Burns your eyes and your house will smell like an auto body shop. I normally wouldn't care but I have pets. It does note in fine print on the can but would've appreciated if the the staff who sold me a product I didn't originally intend to buy gave me a heads up. Like know what you're pushing
