Amari was very sweet while helping me check out with my pickup order. Unfortunately I give it 2 bc the whole staff needs to be replaced. Unprofessional, ghetto, childish, and very little communication. While I understand the system delay was not their fault it is still the duty of the manager to communicate with her customers and at least act like you care about the inconvenience especially after waiting damn near an hour to pick up shoes that i ordered online to literally avoid the chaos and still having to deal with it anyway on top of them kids that don’t need to be working there.

Nas, Nas, Nas! I was expecting myself to spend hours looking for a pair of shoes, I walked in 15 minutes after opening on a Saturday and Nas greeted me warmly and professionally, very polite and respectful, I told him how I lost weight and my foot size has went down and he clapped and complimented in the most respectful way, he looked at my style of clothes and picked out a few styles for me with multiple sizes to try on, he handled one customer at a time and was pleasant the whole entire time and I can be indecisive sometimes lol , I hate malls and he made this the best mall run ever. I was in and out in 20 minutes and happy with my purchase and with his customer service. Nas , thank you for being a great worker and a great representation of a black young man ?
