Our mission as a retired couple was to search for an Insurance Co. and Agent that would accommodate our needs which included better premiums.
After many appointments with different insurance Companies and Agents, we returned to State Farm. We were introduced via the Internet to Justin Lumsden.
Our initial visit was a meet and greet. Witnessing Justin's professionalism, vast knowledge and willingness to help us fit OUR NEEDS to our insurance coverage is what impressed us.
We just had our second appointment and are finally pleased with the guidance Justin has given us concerning our house, car and life insurance policies. He even discussed options for us to save money without losing coverage!
His team consisting of Dan, Emily and Melissa completes the quality expectations Justin imparts on his clients.
If there is a difficult question, Justin will go the extra mile to find the correct answer.
Finally, we have found someone we can trust who has the experience to guide and educate us for OUR best interest!

I reached out for a quote and Melissa was prompt and efficient on getting a quote over to me and explaining all of the coverages. She saved me HUNDREDS of dollars every month! I was so happy to drop my old insurance company (and kinda embarrassed I went so long paying a ridiculous amount to them). I added a new car to my driveway and I'm making that car payment with what State Farm has saved me!

Very happy with my experience. Emily Ryan’s helped me cancel my old policy with other insurance company when I was struggling to get in touch with them. Very supportive on the policy selection. And just great experience overall with in terms of greetings, inquiries, policy selection, and getting on board.
