I reached out to Kelly when I bought my first house 13 years ago and am so glad to have had her for our home and auto insurance now with a new house and different cars. Any time I've ever had questions or need help with a claim, Kelly and her team are almost immediately responsive - thankfully we haven't had too many issues to file but a car claim several years ago and wind/hail damage earlier this year and Kelly and State Farm took great care of us getting both issues filed and through resolution. We met recently just to touch base on our policies and check in and she offered no-pressure information on other products that might be beneficial to us but you can tell she genuinely just wants what is best for you and your family, she's not ever going to push you to buy/invest solely to make commissions. Thanks Kelly (and everyone in the office!)

Worked with State Farm on replacing my Audi Q5 windshield. They recommended Kirkwood Glass who replaced with genuine OEM parts. They took less then 2 hrs to do the job and looks great!
