Worst experience ever, customer service was awful. Jewelry were already rusted, manger wasn’t informed of what material the jewelry was made of. Checking out experience was a disaster

Please be careful when you go to the store to buy jewelry. The material they use to make their jewelry is very cheap material. I never had allergic reaction to any Jewelry but once I put their jewelry on my hand, I was excited that I bought a lot of jewelry from their place and I wanted to go to dinner afterwards so I told her I don’t wanna put them in the box and I’m gonna wear them so I wanna go to go to dinner wearing them and when I was in the store trying to check out and the system didn’t work and the Jewelry made a green rash, nasty green rash on my skin immediately after wearing their jewelry be aware and be careful before going home with their Jewelry because it’s well Give you a rash

We did not have good first experience in the store. The sales associates we spoke with were nice and helpful, but when it was time for us to check out, we were served on by a store manager ( we did not know at that time she was a store manager). My mom’s birthday is in July. She wanted to use the birth month to get 50/ off and buy a necklace for my daughter. My mom was not with us, she has neuropathy and doesn’t get out from the house much. We had her ID but the store manager could care less. Then we were we could order online. I wasn’t quick to think and the transaction went through already. She probably was very busy, she had to leave and delegated the associate to finish the transaction. She was actually more understanding and tried to help us. They tried to cancel the transaction but I paid with the gift card and there was no way to refund. It was getting more and more complicated that I decided to just leave everything as is. I did not feel that they cared at all. We were just a transaction.

Went in on 5/19/2025 during the day and the two girls working were fantastic!!! So sweet,personable, and knowledgeable.

Amazing customer service! When a gift id ordered came poorly packaged (earrings floating around loose in a big box) I took everything out to the Kendra Scott store in Frontenac for help. The girl who helped me was amazing. She not only made it right, she went above and beyond to make it look wonderful. No more online orders for me! I’m heading straight to Frontenac. Thank you!

Kendra Scott is a great place to shop for high quality earrings and necklaces. They are on the more pricey side but they last a long time so they are worth the cost. The employees were very helpful and nice. Overall, a great shopping experience!!

Return policy is out of touch and out of date. Store credit only? For Christmas gifts? My daughter found a different piece that cost less but now we’re stuck with a $12 store credit. There are better return policies almost anywhere else.

Went out in the snow to get my daughter earrings for a dance the next day got there a half hour before they were supposed to close. There was a customer shopping but the two rude workers locked the door and refused to let us in and told us they were closed even though the other customer was in the store. Terrible customer service and will not be shopping with them again.

Brought my friend here for her BDAY and we had such a fun time making her a special necklace for her birthday. The staff was so nice and never pushy and very helpful in picking out the perfect birthday set. Thanks ladies will definitely be back.

Went in to get a necklace fixed they no longer had in store but Kelly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with my prior purchase and help with the problem. She was so patient and efficient. I was there with my 18 month old ( who is always on the move) and their service exceeded all my expectations. I will come to this location each time without a doubt! Thank you for the service recovery with a new necklace and your patience ❤️
