I went in for a fill..... The experience was terrible by the end of it I just wanted to leave. The man who did my nails proceeded to do the normal things you know remove a little bit of the previous acrylic and start to feel as he's doing this he starts to flood my nail beds with acrylic. He's using his nails to hold onto my fingers which is painful. I do tell him like hey could you not use your nails to hold my hand. I did try to be friendly and have conversation but even that was a bit awkward there was a fisherman playing on the back TV and he somehow went into like how he believes in God, the gays are bad, and hyper religion. Which was completely cringe I went in to get my nails filled not for a sermon.
That aside the quality of the work was terrible he put on the acrylic really heavy and uneven I asked him several times to please thin it out and he says he do he do but he never did. He managed to fill in the acrylic so into my nail bed that as he was trying to fix his mistake he ended up further hurting me by having the drill bit drill off skin at my nail beds. At which point I started to get upset he clearly started to get upset because I started directing him and letting him know what he was doing. So another woman took over. She how fast attempted to fix it although not really they were still a lumpy mess. They suddenly couldn't speak English well enough to understand what I was asking them to do. So I picked up a nail file and just started taking off the acrylic that had gone all over my fingers. She proceeded to paint my nails pink which was fine it wasn't what I was going for but whatever I just wanted to get out of there. The quality of the paint job was terrible. There were parts of my nail that weren't even painted. It was so bad that I immediately look for another nail shop to go get my nails done. While she was doing my nails she did tell me that the lady who did acrylics wasn't there which actually made me upset because if you knew you couldn't do the job why would you take it on. Practicing is for school mannequins and on your own fingers you don't practice on customer's fingers especially when you end up physically hurting them. Do not go here!

Horrible need to retire just to old now need new younger people with style they do nails as if it’s still 2001🤦🏾♀️hire people and stop being cheap with cheap polish

The guy did my nails was so rough. He kept pulling my hand and slapping it. I asked for a soak off. He ignored what I said and tried to rip the acrylic off with a nail tip. So, I again stated that I asked for a soak off. He began yelling: you want soak off pay right now.. After we finished the acetone that he used to soak off my nails he picked it up back in the same bottle. I was so disgusted. That has to be a health code violation. There's no telling how many times he has reused that acetone to soak off nails. 🤢
The lady that did my gel manicure was very nice though. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I was happy to find a nail shop 2 blocks from my place but the experience was not good and it has questionable sanitation habits. I would not recommend to anyone. Find a different shop because this ain't it.

I got a fill in with gel polish... The filing done after my fill in was amateur at best but the biggest issue was I needed my nails done for an event and within 48 hours my polish had started to peel. The topcoat is already dull and it hasn't been a week. I wouldn't waste my time personally, and had my normal nail tech been in town, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money this time.
ALSO THEY MAKE YOU PAY PRIOR TO SERVICE!!!! So you are literally at their will and they are not there for their clients needs, they're gonna do what they want
