My first experience dealing with my paternity test the lady with the long hair was super sweet and informative! Second experience the low fade lady unprofessional rude reading out loud what lab work im getting done although it wasnt major but still then the system was down couldnt get it done! Went back the 3rd time was hoping to get the same the lady i had the first which i did but still ended up leaving with the feeling if them not wanting to assist me and the walking out overhearing them speaking negatively as i walk away! It just make it harder to come into places such as this! Get employees who know what it means to make sure they want that type of career!

45 minute wait! Why waste time scheduling an appointment? My time is valuable, which is why I scheduled this appointment almost 2 weeks ago.

Wow bad reviews at every single LabCorp office in the St Louis area. I need to have a blood panel done but I don't think I want to have to deal with these people at these offices.

If you require Lab Work or Testing done and have an alternative, I would NOT recommend Lab Corp. I had to take a simple drug test/ urinalysis for a St.Louis County Security position, and scheduled for it online for 12:10p. The time slot was confirmed and locked in. Upon arrival, I was told that they were not doing drug tests until 1:00p, come back then (No apology, just you need to come back at 1p). I returned at 1:00p, and observed numerous customers walk-in off the street sign-in, and go before me. So I'm thinking that maybe I need to sign-in again. I tried to sign in on the computer again, and the computer said that I was already in the queue, and would not allow me to schedule again. I watched as the Tech that told me to come back at 1:00pm took the entire wait room worth of unscheduled Walk-ins before me. At about 1:20p after even more Walk-ins off the street went in before me. I asked a different Tech why that was happening, and I had been waiting since 12:00p and had scheduled already. She told me to have a nice day Sir. Goodbye! I complained to the D.M. and She spoke with them. She said that I didn't need to leave and that they would take me next. Guess what?! They completely ignored their Manager and kept skipping over me, as if I wasn't even there. Took two hours out of my day.. Just to pee in a cup. No apologies, well the D.M. DID apologize, but no one at the Chippewa Location apologized. And after all of this, they still charged me $20 dollars for the drug test! Like I said, If you have an alternative, Avoid them like the plague!

Most unprofessional staff i’ve ever seen. Too busy playing their music and not checking the lobby!

Great experience once again this morning having blood drawn. Not a lot of chat, just down to business first with a student, then with her mentor. In and out in ten minutes. Thanks again folks.

Service was quick and only slightly uncomfortable. The male phlebotomist blew my vein so I have a sore arm and bruise to heal through now.Had to sleep with my arm bent to prevent it from being more uncomfortable. This photo is two days later as it looked much much worse yesterday.

Made an appointment online specifically for an employer urine drug test at 11:45am. Upon arriving and checking in, I was told this site stops drug tests from 11:30am until 1:00pm…meaning even though I had a confirmed appointment specifically for this service, it could not/would not be conducted. Simply walked in to a different location instead

Walk in here. Self check in was a breeze! Great experience with the staff. They drew my blood fast and painless. With my previous blood drawn experiences it takes awhile.
They are professionals. They were friendly and nice.
I highly recommend this place.

Online the option to schedule a drug screening (for starting a new job) included 12:00 pm I chose that time then come in at 11:50 to be on time, and apparently they stop drug screening between 11:30 and 1pm, so I guess I really don’t wanna hold it this long lol wtf. Another man was scheduled at this time as well, I get that they are going to lunch but the website shouldn’t allow people to schedule appointments during their lunch period. The man was asking if they could make an exception, and the lady was right if they did I’d expect to be allowed my test as well especially since it was scheduled at noon with no prior indication that they’d be at lunch. I know it’s nobody in this office’s fault but whoever runs the website y’all need to fix that. Basically you have to come back and check in again. There are other people coming in rn too. Hopefully prepared to wait an hour. So I guess when I checked in at 11:50 it took it because the lady came out, and called for me. I went back, and was sent back to the waiting room to wait for 1 pm. Also staff isn’t the friendliest.

This location has greatly improved, I am happy to say. Previous visit saw a decline in staffing demeanor, indifference to providing professional service by several staff members and lack of adequate staff. This visit someone a front desk answering questions from patients,

Had blood drawn for lab work. I was worried that it was going to be a poor experience, but the self checkout was fairly easy and the lady who drew my blood was probably the best I have ever experienced. Took one try, barely felt it, and I was in and out of there! Would recommend if you need blood work.

I have to review because I don’t understand the bad reviews for this place. It’s very clean and the staff is quite professional. They were fast, friendly, and helpful.

Got a physical for work. They added 20 inches to my actual waist measurement - thanks for making me morbidly obese. I inquired about correcting it and never got a response, so now this error is part of my record at work.

I just had such a pleasant interaction here that I wish I would have gotten the name of the person who drew my blood. I’m prone to getting woozy & lightheaded during blood draws, so I always tell the employee before I start. 9/10 times I can see the employee’s stress-level increase, and their interpersonal skills become a little less…natural. As long as they take precautions and take it seriously, I’m not going to place a lot of judgement on their irritation because I know I just made their job significantly more stressful.
Today was so incredibly different. The woman who drew my blood (she had short straight hair) was so calm and soothing while she was getting everything prepared. It was probably the best blood draw experience that I have had, and my anxiety was minimal during it! I absolutely felt like, as a patient, she was a healthcare worker who I could trust would be cool, calm, and collected should something go wrong, and I think that really helped me stay calm and alert :)
