I made a 7:45 appointment online to do my drug test for my new job so I would not be late to my current job. When I get there I find out they will not do my test until 8:30. The staff was rude the entire time I was there. I will not be back.

I am so upset with the staff at this location!
All employees at this location, (except for one, the Bosnian lady with blonde hair, she is the only nice one there!) are extremely rude, impatient and pushy! I do not plan to return to this office and I've been using this location for 7 years I have just ignored their awful behavior until today, today was simply too much!! I'd rather drive out of my way than to come back here! Nick is the worst!! Completely unprofessional and rude!! I read numerous reviews on this website, most of which are bad reviews and yet nothing is being done about this behavior!! They are the same rude people every time!! You have several employees including Nick that should be fired!! I'd really appreciate hearing back from someone in Management!!

This location has terrible service and if you get there near closing hours they will just hide and not answer the window. Until closing time and ask you to leave.

Literally dropped the ball and didn’t do all my son’s labs and now I have to take him through this again . I specifically asked if she had all the labs done and she said yes . This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location.

I won't come back to this location again after coming here for years because of one phlebotomist I get often. She has dark hair and a thick accent - for whatever reason, she seems so resistant when I request for a butterfly needle. My own doctor's office told me in the past I have small veins and need butterfly needles. Last year when she drew my blood, she gave me a bunch of guff and attitude about my insistence on a butterfly needle. Today, when I asked her for a butterfly needle, she says to me, "I don't know if we have many" - her coworker asks her for butterfly needles and she had some to give her, so clearly she had some. Without my permission, she proceeds to draw my blood with a regular needle and kept insisting to me I have "good veins." It was unbelievably painful, and my arm an hour later is still throbbing - pain is so intense it hurts to move my arm. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF HER. I do NOT understand what is the big deal about fulfilling the request for a butterfly needle - seriously, what is her deal with that?!? I've had other phlebotomists at this location draw my blood with butterfly needles and be incredibly pleasant about my request.

Horrible staff! Book an appointment, text they are ready walk in and they continue to call everyone other than the appointment. Never have staff assisting customers. I told them who I was and I was here for the appointment they just text and he (phlebotomist) rolled his eyes at me and called another customer. I work in healthcare and every time I come to Lapcorp it’s horrible experience. They are rude, and they ask questions then get tiffy if you don’t answer fast enough. NEVER APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR!

Shameful the way they do business. Can't get phone help. My Dr. Faxed over orders twice, no follow up. I went in, nobody will even acknowledge I'm in the waiting room.

When I read reviews for Labcorp honestly I was disappointed but this location staff very professional and fast . I visit here for blood draw for my family members it took just 15 min. High professionalism and service . Thank you very much .

I was there for an appointment on a Saturday morning. Check in was very easy. My insurance doesn't give real insurance cards, but I did print my own copy and folded it so the machine could take a picture of it. I'm thinking I could have also used the copy on my phone. My wait time was minimal. The staff there was friendly and professional. I highly recommend and would go there again, no problem at all.
