I love that I don't need a membership, but the most of the grass is dead, and, at night, some unsavory characters can be seen hanging around stealing cell phones or whatever.

Why is this a dog park? There are rusted cast iron columns laying on the ground, the grass is almost all dead, and the bridge support structures aren't made dog-safe in any way. And the columns are hollow - great spot for a small dog to get stuck.Cool idea, but it needs a maintenance contact and some more thought put into the design.

This is a huge area which is great don’t get me wrong I just wish it was fenced better for small dogs. I went here an my little dog got right through the fence sighs ,,, so it’s not really ideal for small dogs ):

The pictures of grass and a well tended area are obviously old. It's July 2023 now and the grass is hardly there. The much needed water fountain is no longer working for humans or dogs. Thankful there is shade here though, that's a perk! And a nice breeze off the riverfront.

The bridge makes this too loud, my dog was terrified of the noise. If your dog doesn’t mind loud noises, it’s fine! Grass is crunchy and mostly dirt/dust.

First off, parking.Couldn’t find any free parking. Parked in the lot on a Thursday morning for $2/hr I believeNo street side parking nearby that I could findWater was not available, maybe turned off? (February) and no doggy bags. Spots where doggy bags should be provided we’re empty. The park itself was somewhat fun, with the bridge and all. Some (homeless?) would walk by and comment at the dogs, so keep in mind it is a fairly public place. The support for the bridge also made it difficult to kick the ball long distances, if your dog is a ball fetch dog

Yes! Finally a well thought out and fun dog park in city limits. One entrance + Open all the time. Located under the MLK bridge. Easy to find. Pretty windy here the day we visited. Dog bags and trash cans are plentiful. Lots of fun permanent obstacles. Drinking water fountains for dogs and their humans.

Honest a really cool and big place for a dog park. Never knew there was something like this especially in Downtown St. Louis.

Sad what has happened here. Was in St Louis many years ago for a Final Four. It was AMAZING!! Now, it's almost a ghost town. Hope some developers give this area a facelift.

The Laclede's Landing Neighborhood totally revamped this park in 2021 and created a great space for Downtown pups. It is clean and really big and protected from rain and snow by the bridge above so the dogs can continue to play in bad weather! Best part of all is that it is free! One of the only free parks in the entire city.

Awesome in the middle of town dog park. It was a great use of under the bridge space.

I'm not sure what all the hate is about, maybe because I'm not from St. Louis and didn't know what the Landing was prior to recently, but oh well.My first experience here was a few years ago for my sisters Bachelorette party - we stayed at Lumiere and partied in the area. It was awesome.A couple weekends ago we did a beer festival. I will say, the Landing was pretty dead other than those drinking beer, but it was still beautiful. Right on the river, it seemed super clean, and had a GREAT dog park. There's a couple spots to eat, a couple spots to go out at night to.Honestly, I think it's a great spot and can't wait until it starts building up again!

The first time I went to this dog park about a month ago, it was all just mulch. Went again recently and it was completely redone. They put in grass and made the area bigger.
