“By far, one of the BEST service providers in the area, I took a garment here that needed to be repaired. The woman at the counter was very truthful about what they could and maybe could not do. Within a few days of the pick up date, I got a call from the person who was actually performing the repair. She told me they couldn't do the same stitching as the garment had been originally made. She gave me the option of not doing a repair or just a simple criss-cross stitching but said it would not be the same. I took a chance and authorized her to proceed with criss-cross stitching. When I picked up the garment, I really couldn't tell a difference! Not only were the results professional, the service and especially the communications involved, start to finish, was truly honest and set expectations in advance. You can't ask for any more than that! I'll be back with ALL my dry cleaning and clothing repair needs! Great team!”

The staff always is communicative - I’ve never had a problem picking up my clothes in a timely fashion. “Its never fun going to the laundrymat but if you have to do it, might as well do it at Wash U. The place is clean,usually pretty empty when you go in the evening and they have plenty of washers and dryers that you can do all of your loads at the same time. Theres even a bar and grill next door so you can grab some food while you wait.”
