THE WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCES EVER!!!! My husband is an insulin dependent diabetic, who cannot go without insulin. We waited over 2 weeks for his script, then I finally called today and they cannot even find the order!! We had similar issues this year and I am over it. We used LDI for years with no issues. Never again, we will take our business elsewhere!!!

They guys are awful. I would prefer to rate a zero. They decide not to fill prescriptions, and don't tell the doctor or patient that they aren't shipping the needed meds, and when you call, they are personable, but they don't have any idea what is going on. They updated their website, but when I called, the service rep couldn't see the new address I had put into their new site. So I very carefully gave him my new address. Of course, they shipped to the old one. Avoid if at all possible. If not, call every day to stay on top of them, because they don't do their jobs.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, was told by insurance I needed to start using this pharmacy because my other pharmacy was going up 50% on my prescriptions, I have had nothing but TROUBLE with this place. The pharmacist Don't even know what's going on said that my prescriptions couldn't be filled because it was after 21 days that it had been written, had to explain to them about reading the cannot refill before date. These are very controlled substance and they don't care here I am 6 day's past getting them and supposedly they are just now getting filled. I will gladly pay 100% more for prescriptions than deal with the incompetence of LDI , definitely would not recommend this place to my worst enemy even.

THEY SHOULD SERIOUSLY HAVE A LAWSUIT PLACED AGAINST THEM. I HAVE ALWAYS DESPISED HAVING TO DEAL WITH LDI JUST BCUZ APPARENTLY IT BECAME A MAINTENANCE MED AND MY NORMAL PLACE OF BUSINESS CAN NOT FILL IT UNLESS I WANNA PAY OUT OF POCKET. I HAVE DOCUMENTED SEVERAL GOING BACK TO 2014 OR 2015 OF SERIOUS ERRORS & DUPLICATE BILLING OR TRIPLE BILLING . I BEGAN USING ONLINE TO REFILL AND WOW. THEY ARE A MESS. APPARENTLY I HAVE A SCRIPT THAT CAN BE FILLED WITH 255 REFILLS ON IT BUT IT SAYS 254 RIGHT NOW AS THEY SAY IT IS BEING PROCESSED. IT SHOULD HAVE 5 REFILLS ON IT. IT IS NOT THE CURRENT DOSE I AM TAKING. ACCORDING TO LDI THEY REFILLED IT TODAY & THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT MY DR IS GOING TO THINK. I AM GETTING TOTALLY DIFFERENT MG & IT IS NOT ON LIST ANYMORE IN THEIR ONLINE PORTALM IT SHOULD BE AND IT IS BUT LISTED AS JUL 20, 2017 OR SOMETHING. THEY DO NOT PUT CORRECT DATES ON PILL BOTTLES OR ON WEBSITE. I HAVE BEEN SAVING THE BOTTLES FOR LONG TIME SINCE THEY WERE TELLING ME THE RX WAS JUST RECENTLY PICKED UP & THE DR WAS EVEN CALLED & I HAD TO GO BACK HOME AND TAKE PILL BOTTLE TO SHOW PROOF. THEN 1 OF MY DR'S WANTS TO SEE PHARMACY PRINTOUTS FOR 3 MONTHS AND THIS WAS DUE TO LDI NOT DOING THEIR JOB AT ALL. AND ANY MED YOU FILL ANYWHERE IS ON THEIR LIST BUT IT DOES NOT GIVE THE NAMES OF MY CHILDREN OR HUSBAND & ETC. MY DAUGHTER WAS PUT ON ADERRALL FOR SHORT WHILE UNTIL WE DECIDED BETTER WHEN NOT TAKING IT. MY DR THOUGHT I WAS TAKING THAT MED & ACCUSED ME OF LYING TO HIM. I AM FLABBERGASTED THAT THEY CAN EVEN GET AWAY WITH CRITICAL ERRORS THEY CONTINUE TO DO BECAUSE IF IT IS A CONTROLLED OR SCHEDULED MED ... THEIR ARE SOME STRICT CRITERIA FOR IT AND BCUZ THEY DO WRONG YOU SUFFER. I TRIED TO FIX THIS WITH THEM A FEW TIMES TODAY AND NOT ONE RESPONSE BACK. I SENT THEM PHOTOS OF THE OBVIOUS INFRACTIONS & EXPLAINED THAT WHAT THEY HAVE TYPED WHICH IS NOT AT ALL WHAT WILL BE DELIVERED AND NEXT MONTH THEY WILL SAY THAT U SHOULD HAVE PLENTY BCUZ WE SENT 180 OF 0.5 WHEN NO U DID NOT. U SENT 60 OF 1MG... I WILL SAVE EVERYTHING. I DON'T LIKE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS BUT IF THEY R THIS BAD WITH CLERICAL ERRORS THAT REALLY HURT PEOPLE AND THEY COULD CAUSE SOMEONES DEATH BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE. U CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE REAL HORROR. WE WILL PROBABLY LEARN ALL ABOUT LDI 1 DAY. IT WILL NOT HE GOOD.

LDI is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It takes over a week to receive medication from the time our order is placed. I'm forced by my company to use this mail order pharmacy or else I would not deal with them. If you have a choice don't use LDI.

horrible. they will put in system of theirs that u filled your rx their, so when you take your new one to wal-mart bcuz you hate ldi pharmacy and the inconveniece, but if it is a maintenace drug you must use ldi, but you can use retail pharmacy 2 times. Anyway, they make you look like a fool arughing with walmart that you did not get anything from their pertaining to the rx in question. Just recently i called ldi and demanded to know what lies or pure laziness are you typing in your computer? Then I was told that the medication that I use for seizures so it is of great importance to not miss a dose for nearly 2 weeks one time. Anyway, the lady preceeded to tell me that the med has been sitting there w/o my knowledge of it as I had new rx for wal-mart. ldi had med ready and wariting there for 11 days. they did not bother to deliver or call and say that they had the medication. they r ringing up ik their system without your knowledge so they cause you to look plain crwzy with the retail pharmacy. they make you look like your lying bcuz of theur crap. ldi is a horrible place to have to use bcuz your unsurance forces you to use them for certain meds. i would give them no stars if avail. they have the laziest staff as well. the girls up front are generally playing with their phones in their laps and ignore that ur there until they complete whatever it ois they are doing. they also take forever to fill medication. u can easily be sitting in their for 45 min b4 they have one script ready. THEY SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSE.

If you have a choice of what pharmacy to get medications at do not choose LDI. I'm not sure how this company is up and running. Most of the employees are incompetent. Almost every month I have to call about my prescription not being delivered on time. I'm now two days late on taking my birth control (I need it for medical issues not preventing pregnancy). The option LDI gives you anytime they mess up is to drive to Creve couer before 6pm M-F to pick up your medication. Sometimes this option is impossible so you're just SOL until this joke of a pharmacy decides to mail you your prescription. Need an early refill because you'll be out of the country for 2 weeks? Oh no. Not at LDI, you have to fight for it even with a doctor's authorization. Like I said if you have the choice of where you can fill your prescriptions don't choose LDI. Unless, getting aggravated to no end brings you joy.

Only giving one star because they won't let me put 0. I have had the WORST experiences with LDI. Every time I refill my birth control it is late getting to me. My doctor called in a new prescription on Wednesday. It is now Thursday of the NEXT week and I still don't have it! They say 1-2 days for "processing" and 3-5 for shipping. If I were able to call it in to Schnucks or some place like that, it would be ready by the next day if not the same day. It is absolutely ridiculous. In my opinion, prescriptions should be overnighted since people NEED them. One time I even called it in to pick up at the pharmacy so that I could get it sooner. I sat in the office for ONE HOUR just for them to tell me that it was filled somewhere else. Why could you not tell me that as soon as I got there? Do not use LDI if you don't have to. Their people are incompetent and have no knowledge of medicine or really how a pharmacy works.
