As always my experience with LensCrafers was supreme. I love their product line of high end (brands) The Doctor's and staff are personable and friendly-customer service is top notch! I honestly recommend LensCrafter over the other chains.

Ms. Nicole did a fantastic job letting me know what to expect each step of the way!!
Her and Ms. Alexis will most certainly tell you whether or not a frame is you…just ask for their help.
Dr. Andrea was incredible with every single explanation I needed when it came to my exam itself. There was a lot I didn’t know and she helped tremendously.
Ms. Melissa was so patient with my many laps around the sales floor as well as my indecisiveness and choosing 8 or 9 frames.

South County mall Lenscrafters: I interacted with 3 staff members and Dr. Vancardo. Everyone was extremely friendly, pleasant, competent and professional. I was greeted as soon as I entered and offered assistance. My eye exam was very thorough, and my exam and eyewear costs explained to me in full.

Went in to buy ray ban meta smart glasses , gave them my prescription as the first thing after picking out the frames and lenses they finally tell me Ray ban doesn’t do my prescription because it was too high.
They should have known that from my prescription and not wasted my time.
Reply to owner : no thanks I bought them from lensabl who surprisingly can get my prescription lenses into the meta ray bans.

I love coming here. So helpful and professional, and I look forward to seeing Luis every time. There is "customer service nice" and authentic nice, and everyone here is so authentically kind and patient, even with someone like me with a lot of questions and a very indecisive disposition. Lenscrafters is, by and large, a bit more expensive than the alternatives, but for me I can't imagine going anywhere else.

The staff is amazing so helpful and pleasant. Always a great vibe when I visit. I love how everyone is so personable and Dr Andrea is the BEST so sweet and funny! The only location I come to!! I’ve gotten all my exams and frames here for the past 5 years! I love how when I’m trying on frames and the staff or other customers amp me up lol. They always help me narrow it done to the best look. Everyone here is awesome!!
