If there was a way to give negative stars I would, I’m a fireman for a department in Illinois and was put in charge of ordering our new dress whites. Our department has used Leon’s for a long time, however we will never use them again and or recommend them to anyone ever again. It took almost a year for our shirts to come in (still waiting on some), only for them to be wrong the patches were not correct, have made multiple calls to Leon trying to get this fixed only to be promised that someone will call me back aka do not hold your breath they obviously have more business then they need/want cause that call is never coming. There are places out there that need/want your business more then these guys I promise, I have told every department that we do mutual aid for how bad this experience has been and thankfully we have found a provider that actually enjoys what they do and was pleased to earn our business. By far the worst company I have ever done business with EVER so save your time and money because they will waist both of them.

I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. I am immensely disappointed in the customer service and turn around time I've experienced from Leon Uniform. We placed an order in-person for among other items on October 18th, 2023 five red polos with an abriviation (3 letters and a star) logo, name and rank on opposite chest, and a one word, two color company name on the sleeve cuff. We have not recieved this part of our order, although it's been paid for since October 18th. Many emails, an in-person visit in December, and a few phone calls later, still no order completion. Further I ordered a dress uniform bell cap on Oct 18th. was told it would be about 2 months, now told oh no it's never less than 6 for those. I've been in Emergency Services 21 years, and have NEVER experienced such delays and lack of customer service as I have with Leon. We have had two custom ball cap, knit cap, t-shirt, and embroidered pullover orders through other local vendors since October 18th with a 2-4 week turnaround. Save your time and money, shop elsewhere, Leon Uniform is not interested in fulfilling orders. Over $1600 paid in October 2023 and still missing simple, basic order components. Before they say otherwise, they had the shirts, this wasn't a supply chain issue.

I went to this store for the first time today, after working security for 8 years. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and ease of shopping. The young lady who helped me, Kayla I think was her name, was most helpful. There were some fitting issues but the issues were solved professionally and comfortably. One of the nicer businesses I've met in St. Louis.

They take forever to get an order in, they never return emails or calls. I've been waiting 4 months for an order they said would be 6 weeks. Save yourself time and headache, go to FirstSpear.
