Liberty Tax is a knowledgeable and helpful tax preparation office. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They make the process easy, painless, thorough, accurate, and efficient, quickly resolving any fear or anxious feelings. They take great care of clients, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all questions. They are excellent at getting people organized and providing guidance, especially for new business owners. Many clients have used their services for years and would not go anywhere else, highly recommending them and planning to return every tax season.
Katie K. the office manager is friendly and extremely helpful. Takes time to explain forms, situations and potential roadblocks. I will return to use liberty tax services because of her.
