DJ is the man. He was so helpful with assisting me in finding a hat for my 25 year old kiddo today. You have a good person that you have hired with him on your team, please treat him well, especially because he treats everybody else great. He is genuine. Thank you for reading.

The store manager wasn't helpful or seem to care to help customers. The store manager couldn't find a specific nfl team's hat in this tiny store, and just blew us off. He seem to be more interested in trying to offer jobs to some kids. We ended up getting a hat embroidered anyway. That was a huge mistake. It took more than 15 minutes before we came back to check on the hat. The store manager was chatting up a storm with another customer and forgot to finish our hat. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend buying from this store.

One of the employees, Austin, repeatedly and blatantly lied to me. No matter how many times I asked him where the changing room was, he told me there wasn't one. What am I going to do? Change hats in public?

Our niece wanted a specific game and Go! was the ONLY place in St. Louis. The team there was helpful, holding one for us until I visited two days later. The store has a fantastic variety of games for the entire family, and many other calendars and toys, too. On a Christmas shopping visit, it was almost too much to take in at once... but that's a great variety to pick from. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll visit again!
