If I could give it a 0, I would. How is that online says this place opens at 11pm? It’s is now 11:28 and the door are not open and light are out. Hire people who are on time to work. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

I really wanted to buy a Rangers hat for the World Series. I stopped in at 1:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday, and the doors were closed and locked with an employee inside. I understand sometimes systems can crash, but this isn't the first time I've come to this location to find they were closed during advertised business hours. I went to a different hat shop a few doors away and got what I wanted. I'm not going to bother visiting this location anymore.

This isn't a 1 star for the store but a 1 star for the hats. It's been at least 10 years since I bought a hat from lids. Just bought a new one and the bill is like paper. You can't mold the bills on these at all, they just bend. Lids used to have much better quality hats and they still sell them for ridiculous prices. Will not buy from lids again. Terrible product.

So I'm in Saint Louis from New York City on holiday and I wanted to make sure I took something back that represented your estate so I went to lids and got me a angry bird Saint Louis hat and the young man rocco monogram to my name on it the customer service was spectacular and I will be back again thank you rocco and lids

Took our company shirts in over the weekend and was told they would have them done Monday morning if we wanted to come in at 9:30 (they open at 10:00) they would have them done and to just come in. We really appreciated them letting us come in early to get them. I showed up at 9:37, the gate to the store was open, I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes and an employee came out and asked if I could wait outside next time. I told her I was told to come in at 9:30 to pickup. She said “I wasn’t here this weekend”. Paid for the shirts, came back to get the last one we needed embroidered and said if they were not done yet that is fine I will wait. She did not say a word and continued scrolling on her phone. She handed me my bag without saying a word. I’ve had a handful of rude employee experiences and this was definitely one of them.
