I'm not satisfied yet as they overcharge when you are late and right now I'm about to lose my belongings bc they somehow want to charge me 500 and I'm in a legal battle so almost feel like my items were stolen before they actually worked with me... I spoke with manager who's planning on fixing it. We shall see.

No issues with renting out a storage unit. Sheryl even called me to let me know that my credit card didn't go through instead of some places not sending out a notification.

Sheryl saved my nearly 42 years worth of personal possessions today after you a harrowing legal battle which usually ends with both sides practically miserable. She made the moving day feel normal like moving days are supposed to feel and we had some laughs and everything feels like it is going to be just fine, I can’t tell you how much I needed a little bit of normal and quick joke and laugh. Thanks Sheryl for saving my stuff and thank you to Life Storage for being there, accessible when I need it to be and in a location that makes sense.
