I love going to the gym here! It has everything the modern worker could need. From baby sitting, to a working space, showers that are actually clean and usable, the friendliest staff, a cafe and bar for food n drinks, plus really updated machinery - it's truly a lifestyle. As a remote worker, I absolutely love going here. Just wish the dues were a bit lower but hey, it's honestly still worth it!

Not worth the money. Overrated and inconsiderate staff that don’t own up to their mistakes. Never visiting them again and urge others to follow.

We've been members for years and I absolutely love it. Let me give you some context so that this review makes more sense.
We moved to this country from London in the UK, about a decade ago and we came to St. Louis to launch and run our startup - Tallyfy. It's an app that runs workflows. In London this kind of club would be very difficult to find.
We really appreciate the kids club and our son loves it too. It's amazing how they understood what parents with smaller children wanted and also added the parents' night out thing, which is quite difficult to secure unless you're very quick with your fingers! Always fun.
When visitors come from London we take them here as guests and they absolutely love it! Staff are great, and it's nice that they've stopped new memberships to prevent overcrowding.

Avoid Lifetime if You're Serious About Working Out I used to go to Lifetime almost daily for two years, but since April 2024, the quality has really gone downhill. Here's why I've canceled my membership and switched to ClassPass and a regular gym: Overcrowded: The gym is consistently overpopulated, making it difficult to find available equipment. Poor Management: The facility is poorly managed under the current manager. The overall quality has noticeably declined. The free spa amenities might be a plus, but if you're looking for a solid workout environment, you're better off elsewhere. For classes - Kate P, Ian C, and Josh are fabulous coaches.

This gym his absolutely horrible with all its fees, and they also treat their workers terribly with all the money they make. It doesn't make sense how they don't get a good pay. Also it's always creeps in there and when you report them they do nothing!!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend!!!!!

This lifetime is the worst. Nick is also the worst. Terrible service.

The cleanliness of the sauna and steam room is consistently neglected after closing hours, as they are often scheduled for cleaning at 9:00 PM, coinciding with operational gym hours, forcing paying members out prematurely to accommodate early departures by staff. Moreover, by 11:00 PM, members are expected to vacate promptly, reflecting a shift towards prioritizing operational efficiency over member satisfaction. This gym, once esteemed pre-Covid, now appears more focused on profitability rather than maintaining its previous standards of service.

I want to share a recent experience at Lifetime Fitness to highlight the importance of customer experience and to help improve it for everyone, especially when it involves children. I had confirmed with staff that my wife, who is not a member, could drop off our son and wait in the café. After several calls and voicemails, I was assured this was acceptable. However, when my wife and son arrived, they were denied entry. This disrupted our plans and deeply upset my son, who was eagerly looking forward to his class.
While I understand policies are in place, the way this situation was handled showed a lack of consideration for the feelings of a child. Goodwill should have been shown because this was due to their misinformation, not as if we were asking for a favor. Allowing my son to attend his class despite the confusion would have gone a long way in showing that Lifetime Fitness values its members and their families.
Customer experience is crucial, and I hope Lifetime Fitness will address this issue to ensure better communication and empathy in the future.

The facilities are fantastic. The pickleball courts are top notch. The problem is that you can never get a reserved court. When they open the booking (eight days in advance) all available courts are booked up within five minutes. But at any given time there is always one if not two courts open. This is beyond frustrating to the point I am thinking of dropping my membership. Club management is well aware of this problem but they don't want to fix it because we do not have to pay for court time. If members cannot get a court they need to pay to join a league which is a profit center for the club. Membership to too pricey to be gouged like this!
