Lifetime is great but let’s talk about that recovery center. I’ve thought about switching to gyms closer but just cannot after the amazing experiences with the recovery aspect of things, the recovery room staff is more than amazing and welcoming! Mo is super professional and really helpful!! Bailey and the rest of the staff are amazing as well! Lifetime is great the recovery room is greater ?

Employees at the concierge counter are nice, however the employees at the lifetime cafe made me wait to order at the counter for 5 minutes while they were talking to eachother so i left because I didn’t feel welcomed. It’s not the first time this has happened. Not sure if I’m paying this premium price for the luxury of the lifetime amenities or for the employees to be stuck up towards me. This will be my last month here, I’ll be glad to take my money elsewhere

My family and I have have had a membership at lifetime fitness for over two years and we never had any problems until the recent weeks where we have been denied access three times by Aidan at the front desk. He was also very rude and belittling to my family and he lied to us and our guests.

Unfortunately, my experience at Lifetime Fitness has been marred by repeated encounters with front desk staff who have been rude and, in some instances, racist. This has been an ongoing issue during my time at the gym, and it's disheartening. I have gone to multiple locations in Chicago whilst the problem only occurs at this specific location here at Frontenac. While the facilities themselves may be impressive, the unpleasant interactions with the staff have significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for all members.

Hmmmm…. I visit this location from Atlanta from time to time. Ordered a build a shake and Mary Jane definitely was overt in racist undertones. She was too busy rushing me to listen. Ended up making the smoothie incorrectly, and then John her manage remade it. It came to be the same price though she omitted the ingredients I originally requested. I watched her and asked her and instead of being accountable, decided to be defensive (strong in her stance and WRONG). Thanks John for correcting, Mary Jane please learn to listen.

This was a fantastic gym when we joined three years ago, but I'm sorry to say that it has gone downhill significantly.1) The behavior of many gym goers has declined at this location, with groups of people parking themselves around some of the weight training equipment and taking their time/socializing while others are waiting to use the equipment.2) The Kids' Academy used to be fantastic for our kids, but now everything seems to be waitlisted unless you register far in advance, and many times classes kids were signed up for have been canceled without any explanation or warning.3) The family locker room becomes overrun with campers at times during the summer.4) The last time we picked up towels at the outdoor pool, the girl folding the towels acted like we were inconveniencing her.The bottom line is that LifeTime charges a premium price supposedly in return for a premium product, but they have allowed the facility to become so crowded that members now have a poorer experience. The manager's response to all of this is that the location is "considering" having a wait list in the future and capping membershp at a certain number. That doesn't help right now. And they are raising their prices for new members going forward, so I'm sure they don't care at all when we cancel our membership at the end of the month because we will likely be replaced by others who will be paying a higher monthly rate. It's too bad that LifeTime has allowed this to happen. We were really excited when we first joined, and now we feel disillusioned.

Matthew Knezevic in the rejuvenation center is so helpful and so nice… He offers great advice on what Normatech treatment you should use… He showed me how to use the Thera guns as well… He is such a joy to be around and gives off such a great positive vibe…

The facility is lovely. It's never too crowded and the equipment is all clean and in great shape. My only qualm is that staff at the front desk are pretty clueless. I bought a 1 day pass and no one seemed to know how it worked. I waited ~20 minutes for a manager to come and tell them I was perfectly fine to go work out.

Fantastic facility!! I was wondering why my friend spends about three hours at her gym, and now I get it. It's more like a gym experience. She invited me as a guest so I could enjoy a Swedish/Deep Tissue CBD oil massage at the spa by Shannon, which was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful as we scheduled pre-workout heat packs and a hydromassage session. The facility is gorgeous with so many amenities and classes to pick from. The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful. We enjoyed lunch in the cafe and had a great time. I learned these gyms are located throughout the US so you can enjoy when traveling. Definitely recommend.

Biggest complaint is squat racks set up facing each other and half are usually taken by one of the classes happening every morning. Rather than facing a mirror to squat, you’ll be staring directly at someone’s face. Facilities are beautiful, love the steam, pool, locker room, etc. Cafe workers and front desk are always friendly. It’s almost always crowded.

1. LifeSpa: I got a waxing service, but she burnt my armpits, and color turned to brown. I sent to email and pics, who responsibled someone. But they disappeared still this moment. Unprofessional leader. Hey guys, I wanna swim, I wanna lift up my arms what should I do now for your failed service fixing?2. Some ladies are rinsed their body in the hot tub. They use scrubs, some unknown body stuffs, then after straight rinses their body through hot tub. Mostly, people don’t get a shower, before to sit hot tub. I stopped to use hot tub business.3. I am Asian, specially my continent’s ladies are scratched the body in the steam room (specifically groins scratching). This is not Korean sauna, please stop that.

The gym, classes and facility are all great. However, being a signature member it is frustrating the hydromassage tables, and Pickle Ball are always fully booked and no one shows up. The tracking needs to improve. Also sometimes people jump into the hydromassage tables without an appointment. We use this for chronic illness so this gets frustrating.1. Put a tablet at the front desk for check in to free up staff for questions.2. Put a tablet up in the recovery area and start penalizing for no shows.

This facility has gone downhill since it's opening. They allow way too many members, they don't keep up with cleaning, it's near impossible to get in a classes or other services they offer. The cleaning stations are often empty and they don't enforce there own rules. People leave weights on the equipment and floorThe management here is unqualified.
