I got my fiancé's engagement ring from Lordo's after checking out several other jewelry shops in the St. Louis area. The service and quality of Lordo's was much better than any of the other jewelry stores we visted. From the moment we sat down with Jim Lordo (3rd generation owner) he was extremely informative, friendly, and helpful with our buying process. I will definitely be going back to Lordo's for all my jewelry purchases moving forward.

My family had been purchasing jewelry from Lordo's since before I was born! My dad got my mother's engagement ring and their wedding rings here and I am so so happy to be able to continue on this tradition. My fiancé knew from the beginning that this was the place I wanted my engagement ring from. Trish was the one to help him design the ring and honestly you can't find a sweeter more attentive and knowledgeable person anywhere else! We adore her and Lordo's and recommend them both to everyone. We are currently in the process of designing wedding bands and she has made the process so easy and fun I wish we could design a million of them! You will not find better service or people. As someone who currently lives in a different state and travels up to see them, I mean it when I say it is worth every penny :)

Absolutely love them. They offer engraving services for a fee, and their jewelry is just beautiful. They are wonderfully warm, professional, and kind. My Aunt Referred me to them and I am so grateful that she did.

I’m recently engaged and my fiancé purchased the ring from Lordo’s Diamonds. They’re located in Ladue off Clayton. There’s plenty of parking and it’s easily accessible. Great storefront.Anyway, when I returned from our vacation, I was eager to get the ring sized. I went to Lordo’s on a Monday afternoon. I was promptly welcomed even though they’re were other guests in the store. They were very friendly and genuinely happy for me on my engagement. I was sad to leave my ring behind to get sized but they ensured me it would be ready by the end of the day or first thing the next morning. Sure enough it was and they called to let me know. When I went it pick it up on Tuesday, I received the same welcome and same customer service from a different employee. I’m grateful my fiancé chose Lordo’s and I’ll continue to visit the store and give them business for years to come.Come to find out, my neighbors have been visiting Lordo’s for decades and are very loyal customers. They rave about the service too!From rings to earrings, they’ll help you and treat you right. In my opinion, they deserve an 11/10 ⭐️

Mike Lordo (and the Lordo family) has been helping our entire family with diamonds for over 30 years. About one year ago, I bought my wife an engagement ring and it is stunning. I then went back and bought her a matching diamond wedding band. My wife gets compliments all the time. She loves it! Highly recommend. Thanks Lordo's!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Lordo’s and then we went back and got both our wedding bands from there as well! Their customer service was amazing and they are so quick with help. Getting engagement rings and wedding bands from Lordo’s runs in my family for generations and they never fail to have quality service and beautiful jewelry.

I love Lordo’s! Jimmy and Mike are absolutely wonderful along with all the staff. My husband bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. Every time I walk into Lordo’s I feel like a VIP. They always greet me with a smile and are eager to help. They will clean your jewelry anytime you ask and no matter how I clean it at home nothing makes it sparkle like they can.

Mike and his team were awesome! Wasn’t necessarily ready to purchase and there was no pressure. I felt comfortable and informed. They have beautiful pieces and can even do custom work. I love supporting family businesses and this is one I will surely be back to.
