just wow 12 people and I got red ripped fries and nuggets . terrible service terrible attitude . Driving trucks means no I didn't have another 20 minutes to go back in and wait for fresh food which I should have been given the first time.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! We felt extremely UNSAFE. There were people walking around our car and staring at us since the moment we pulled in. They have gates that they close at night in one side and a barricade with trash cans (overflowing with trash) and tape on the other side. One of the employees asked me if we were gonna spend the night, I said yes because I wasn’t aware of the danger yet and later she seemed to be talking about us with some homeless lady that was staring at us. The employee was pointing at us while this really scary looking lady was staring at us, then she proceeded to walk the whole way around our car looking inside. That’s when we knew we needed to leave. We’ve never experienced anything like it. Love’s needs to close this location, this is insane. We didn’t know this was a dangerous neighborhood, no one warned us and luckily we were able to figure it out quickly. I wish we would’ve read the reviews before stopping here.

I don't normally review truck stops but this morning was very pleasant. I was able to get fuel and clean my windows with a nice new squeegee, when I went in for my coffee I was greeted by an employee holding the door open for me and saying good morning, which was nice. I got my morning coffee and checked out with the same employee at the fuel desk and it was a very nice interaction. A great start to my day! All of this just happened just before 6am today so I hope the employee can get some recognition!

I made the mistake of parking here for the afternoon/night for my 10hr break. For starters heading to the fuel line to fill up before starting my 10hr break there was a homeless man waiting for me to park and exit my vehicle for whatever reason. Immediately did not feel safe, waited about 5 mins until I thought he left and after exiting to fuel he attempted to approach me again immediately making me feel unsafe and cornered. Around midnight during my break I had someone banging on my door (I was in a legal parking spot not blocking anyone so there would be no reason for anyone banging on my door) I opened my blinds to find a disheveled woman asking for a cigarette. I have no issues with anyone apart of the unhoused community but being cornered and woken up by anyone who makes you feel weird or unsafe is not okay. I’ve seen several reviews of other drivers feeling the same way, I hope this loves actually does something to help filter these issues out. I’m leaving 2 stars because the shower was halfway decent with hot water.

The parking lot was gated off and closed. There were people cooking on a fire next to the parking lot (homeless?) as well as other groups standing around and others parking along the access road next to it. Do better loves. Probably the worst loves I've seen in the country. Like you can afford security or something so people can actually use this location like the travel stop loves is supposed to be.

I came after midnight in to get a refill drink since the moment I walked in the security guy made me so uncomfortable and unsafe by the way he’s acting and kept staring and as I was walking out he ran to me and said go there the cash register is he’s
If your worried that much just be a cashier because definitely being security is not working for you
I only stop at loves but after this I will not stop for fueling my truck very scary and unsafe by the security guy 11-3 very bad

Checked in at the mechanic shop for a PM to be done on my truck, after looking for them for a good half hour, finally checked in and they said in about 2 hours we’ll get you in, well that didn’t happened after an hour and a half they called me and said, we CAN NOT do the PM on your truck, I said why? They said we just Can’t.
They really deserve 0 stars
