We had such a great experience at this location! We are in the beginning stages of purchasing a new couch and are completely sold on Lovesac. Our salesperson, Chris, was so knowledgeable and made the customization process very clear. We have two cats who love to destroy furniture and Chris demonstrated the various types of fabric and how they hold up to cat nails. He also gave us some fabric swatches to match to our interior I can’t wait for this couch! If you find yourself in the store, definitely ask for Chris!!!!

We bought a Lovesac sometime ago. After owning one, moving it, setting it up different configurations. I have come to the conclusion its a 10k dollar waste of money. You can get the same thing for considerably less from another brand. If you have 10k to waste by all means waste it on Lovesac. Otherwise, its not worth the money.

We have been considering buying a Lovesac sactional for several months, but were waiting for a good sale! We had a basic idea of what we wanted but needed some help nailing down the details. The staff at the St. Louis store were amazing. They helped us decide on the fabric and the configurations that worked best. The price was right, and I’ve already received a delivery notice! Highly recommend this store!

I enjoyed the St. Louis staff very much. All my questions were answered and my husband and I are seriously considering buying a sectional from Love Sac. The quality is unmatched and I love all the ways you can customize your furniture. If you’re in the area I’d definitely recommend stopping by.

The staff at the St. Louis store was phenomenal! Friendly, but not at all pushy. We haven’t yet received our order, but are hopeful it will be soon. The showroom pieces were comfortable and we really hope it will be a good fit for our family. The overall price was a bit more than we anticipated, but things seem to be of high quality. And I love that we can wash the cushion covers!

I have purchased a few Lovesac pieces and have had minor issues. Anytime I contact customer service they uphold their warranty and are always helpful which keeps me coming back!

Try to check things out online but went into the store once I found out that we had one in St louis! Brittany was amazing and we got a couch lined out in no time. She sent me home with swatches to make a final decision and I return the next day to pay. While I was paying I actually received an email for 25% off that I didn't find until later and when I responded back with questions about why I wasn't offered that Brittany made it right immediately! She went back and hadn't been notified of the sale herself and since it was literally getting into my mailbox the same time I was paying she went back to adjust so that I received a refund for the amount missed. Now I'm just waiting to find out when my sofa will arrive!

Absolutely loved our experience at LoveSac St Louis! Britney was SOO helpful and literally knew everything there was to know about Lovesac. She showed us so many different configurations and ways we could set ours up, answered every single question we had and more. She was definitely on her game! I would recommend her to anyone!
