I was Referred over by a sister store in West County Mall. I was looking for a very specific item - everyone was sold out but this location had ONE! After making a phone call they held the item for me. I drove well out of my way (in StL CWE in 5 o’clock rush hour traffic). When I arrived I was so excited, the staff was so nice and super helpful. I even made an add on purchase!! Thank You so much!

new favorite Lululemon location unlocked. as a retail manager, i respect a good retail store. I came in on a friday evening and all the staff members greeted me, they all had very good energy and were very polite and made great conversation. they were just in the right spots when i needed help and opinions. i truly feel like each member of this team had my best interest at heart and gave me genuine, good feedback instead of just trying to sell their product.
not to mention, they had the largest men’s sale rack i’ve seen in all of St. Louis. they later told me that their men section in general is the largest in the region.

I had the most amazing experience at the Lululemon Maryland Heights location. I was under a time constraint and coming in from two hours away to attend a ballgame. I called ahead and spoke to store educator Jillian. She listened to my needs, made great suggestions, and had items there waiting for me to try on. I was greeted by name the moment I walked into the store by the manager and other associates. This was a birthday splurge trip for me and they made my birthday extra special! I felt like a VIP. Highly recommend Jillian and this location for all your Lululemon gear!

The employees at this store profiled me as soon as I walked in, since I wasn’t in premium attire. They followed me around, making me feel like a criminal for just looking. I was not doing anything wrong and wanted to buy an entire outfit but due to the way I was treated and scowled at for the way I was dressed, I left without wanting to purchase anything. I’ve always loved the brand and am disappointed in my experience today.

My daughter lost her keys, wallet, drivers license and student ID while away on a trip w her friend’s family. After she returned home I decided to call the lulu store to check with them. I left a VM and they called me back to saying they had everything and had been trying to find her to contact her. They graciously agreed mailed them to us since we are hours away. The employee I spoke to was so kind and helpful..and as always my daughter loves her purchases as well! Thank you for saving the day!!

The team members at this store are so kind!! I went in with a return and they were so helpful. I picked out another item that they didn’t have in store and instead of telling me “just go order it online” they helped me order it to be shipped to my house! And they were all super sweet to my son. With the gift card from the return I had, I only spent about $20 but they treated me like I was spending $20,000. I will definitely be back to this location!

I wish I could rate a zero I have been coming here for years and spend about 400 dollars every time I come. I will never comeback! to have your police follow me and my daughter around was so uncomfortable and when asking for a product the team on the floor said we don’t have that item and didn’t even scan for it to check. A shopping experience is suppose to be fun and relaxing but instead it was the worst experience for my daughter and I. She’s a kid and we shouldn’t be followed around ever by the police because we are shopping at a store !Crazy thing is they seem to have the police follow us the black family and not the white family who came in right after and they bought nothing!

What a fantastic team they have! The greetings were relaxed and real. They have limited supply! Someone came to help me, searched online and next door, and didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. It was a short and sweet visit.

My mom and I went to Lululemon in Central West End to exchange some leggings. Morgan made sure we felt right at home and helped us find every size in everything we needed. Amazing hospitality.
