I've been a loyal Lululemon customer for a long time, but this visit stood out thanks to Nat. Her warm personality, genuine care, and grounded approach made me feel completely at ease. It’s rare to come across someone who makes a simple shopping trip feel so special. Thank you, Nat, for the incredible service — you truly made my day.

The staff was very nice, but I’ll assume theft is very high at this store. The entire time, I felt as if I was being watched or followed. While I understand in some instances, I just felt very uncomfortable and left without buying anything.

This is a great store for your athletic wear and accessories needs, and the staff is helpful and friendly as well. The pricing is a bit high, but that is to be expected, given this location in a rather high-end mall.

Staffs are very nice except the manager.
I brought in leggings that I just purchased. I worn it just once and the stitch on the seam has unraveled already. I’m disappointed with the quality of lululemon product lately. I contacted educators through the website before hand and was told that I could bring the product in to the store and can ask for Quality Promise and get store credit with no tag. 2 staffs I talked to at the store informed me that I could get a store credit. When I went to the counter, the staff called the manager. I explained what happened. The manager informed that they cannot offer me store credit since there was no tag and receipt and offered to fix it. She did not even ask for receipt. I had it on my phone that I had to show it to her myself. Plus, I did not buy $100 to be fixed from the first worn. It doesn’t make any sense. At the end, she granted me store credit but mentioned to me without even looking at my face that usually they don’t give a store credit on situation like this. She went away without looking at me. This is rude. I felt frustrated that I was treated like this. The HQ should make sure of the communication among staffs in each dept. It seems like the information is not aligned. Customers should be the ones taking the blame. Also, if you are going to sell stuffs worth more than $100, please be mindful on quality control. I have been a loyal customer of Lululemon for so many years. I could see that the quality is going downhill for some models.

Bought $700 worth of poorly made low quality clothes and you couldn’t even take the security tags off of the items? Wont shop here again. Premium price, entry level mistakes.

I frequent Lululemon stores and was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I stood in line to check out for almost 20 minutes with a line of 5 other people while one cashier helped a return of over 25 items and the other seemed to be new. The manager walked past the line and spoke with the cashiers multiple times but never helped check customers out. At one point one of the 2 cashiers said I’m off and walked away. I asked one of the 5 employees working in the store if anyone was going to help or if the manager could step in. She did start checking people out but told me it was not protocol for her or the manager to help. Please change your protocol and focuses on customer service.

I usually order online , so I don’t come to the store often. But if I do, I like to go to this location in Frontenac Plaza. I came here last weekend for an exchange. Upon walking inside, I was greeted immediately by an employee. She was very sweet and efficient. After I told her what items I needed for the exchange, she quickly took me the men section, helped me with getting the right size and color. Then I entered the queue to check out. The line was quite long, but it surprisingly moved fast. IMO Lululemon employees are generally friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Overall, I always had a good experience with this location.
