My old Mac gave up the ghost when I was in the middle of a project that required an Intel based Mac. I called them up looking for a replacement within a reasonable budget, and they were able to get me a machine of the same vintage in incredible condition! Even being close to close, and clearly being a little stressed with the amount of stuff still happening, I was still treated great!I'm very pleased that I got exactly what I needed at the exact price I wanted at the exact time I required! A+, y'all, keep it up!

I had a negative review, however since posting that review I was contacted by Mac HQ and they were very nice following up. People make mistakes it’s great when they take the time to explain. So 5 stars for taking the time!

Great Place we gotten 3 maybe 4 computers from them now. Great people, great service we don't go anywhere else, even if it does take over an hour to get there.

I was able to go I. And get my phone front screen of my iPhone replaced. I left and returned hour and half later and my service was done. What I did not like they made you pay your fee before service was done. So if you not satisfied they have your money.

I am part of NCL program (new computer for life) and I love it. When my 2 years is up, I always get a call and great service to choose my new computer. And the one time I needed service, My computer was the first to get serviced. Happy customer!
