I had acrylic nails done here, and now two of my natural nails are lifting and infected. I went back to the salon to let them know, and instead of taking accountability or even showing concern, they denied responsibility and tried to blame me—saying it was from lifting weights (which is completely unrelated to nail infection or detachment).
I’ve since been told by professionals that this level of nail damage is not normal and could be the result of improper prep, unsanitary tools, or product application. I asked politely for a refund and was refused.
Now I need medical treatment for nails that were perfectly healthy before their service. I’m sharing this to warn others: this salon clearly doesn’t take accountability for the harm their work can cause, and based on my experience, they do not prioritize hygiene or customer safety.

William did an amazing job at doing my acrylic nails. The shape was precise and he took his time and was very detailed. I am so satisfied with my nails and I love the hot pink color I chose. William is very talented and he was so friendly and conversational. I also got a pedicure and my nails look beautiful. The massage was very much needed. I am grateful if you’re ever in the area and wanna get your nails done. Stop here at Magic Nails.

I’ve been to several nail salons over the years, but none have matched the level of service and consistency I’ve found here. The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming you with a warm smile the moment you walk in. They take their time to make sure you’re comfortable and truly listen to what you want. Whether it’s a manicure, pedicure, or a full set, the results are always flawless and long-lasting.
What really sets this salon apart is their consistency, every visit feels just as good as the last, and I always leave satisfied. It’s clear they care about quality and building real relationships with their clients. Without a doubt, this is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to, and I won’t be going anywhere else.

this place is a DUMP! the absolute dirtiest and most unsanitary nail ‘salon’ I have ever been and I’ve been getting pedicures for the last thirty years. they used a nail brush on me that had visible dirt clumped into the base of the bristles, they used a filthy used pumice stone and also the toe separators had been used before as well. none of the tools came out of a new or sanitized package. absolutely disgusting. I was just there a few hours ago and my feet are starting to itch. the man did a nice job on my actual pedicure and my leg massage. I did not notice the filthy tools until halfway through this pedicure. I was too far in to just leave and I’m not a confrontational person. I will NEVER return, and honestly someone needs to report this salon to the health department. they also used a nail drill on my toe nails which has never happened before in my life which
was also very dirty and they used an already used nail file. Every single tool that was used was unsanitary and had been used on presumably many people before.

They cannot do anything special only the very basic, so if you want anything like stripes or a glitter or anything, that’s not just one or two colors then go somewhere else

First time here. Didn’t get a good vibe. Really tiny, really crowded. I walked in for an appointment and 2 employees looked up and right at me. Nobody said or asked anything. No hello, nothing. I signed in and sat down. Nobody said anything. Usually they say can I help you? or sign in or come back. Wasn’t feeling it, so I left. I went down the street.
