Since covid the place has not been open to public , you cannot get anyone to understand what parts you need over the phone because you can’t go into the store and get help like you used to. I believe times have changed since Covid. It’s time for you guys to re-open your doors to the public.

This place has taken advantage of the plandemic to every single extent they are using the plandemic to wield power over the public in every way possible way. They choose who can walk through their doors and buy parts now even though before the pandemic anyone could... Today I told them I wanted to sign up to be in their club so I can have a membership and walk in and buy parts again and they told me had to meet so many qualifications. It's disgusting and they're doing it purposely to try to stop people like me from making a living. It's okay though because I talk to a lot of people I sell a lot of appliances and I will be telling everyone about this. Everybody's already sick of you dictating everything. It's just going to be another person bad-mouthing marcone. They don't want the public to have replacement parts for their appliances they want to keep everybody from being able to buy them their self and fix it their self they want dictate everyone so they have to call a repairman and spend a bunch of money

Been a customer for 10 years. Customer service is rude and impatient. They don’t mind wasting your time.

Bruce ROCKS! GREAT company - buy from them. Keeping Americans employed remotely rather than outsourcing overseas like the other greedy corporate heads.

Yeah, so I had to give 1 star(didn't want to), been getting parts from them for 30+ yrs. Until today, I show up because I needed a part for a dishwasher, and I was shut out. Seems just recently they've gone to wholesale only, yep no more running in real quick to get what you need, now you have to have an account with them and if you do have an account, then you have to wait till they ship the part to you. Ridiculous, so much for customer service. Just a giant kick in the nards!

Showed up in the rain, they had 0 desire to help me standing outside. It was like their goal was to make sure I left without my part. Time to reevaluate your customer service. I will buy online next time where I feel appreciated.

Been coming here for 25 plus years. Now wholesale only with account number due to whatever reasons. Will not look up our account number. Ridiculous, not customer service oriented anymore.

Everything is overpriced, but at least they have it. Service is friendly and efficient, parking is easy. If you need a dryer belt ($30 lol), this is your place. They moved across the highway recently, so make sure your GPS sends you to the new location. I went to the old one, and it is basically a homeless encampment now.

We ordered a $1600 refrigerator door from them and it was never delivered, every time we called we were given the runaround and said it would be delivered. Had tried for months to get a refund and were always told someone would call us back. Nobody ever does and the refund has never been given. Today I was hung up on, do not recommend!

To place a order for product is a pain, I called the supplier directly for cost and shipping on Friday 1/11/19 at 1045am. By Monday 1/14/19 when I called at 12:26pm to check the status I was informed the cost AND the shipping had gone up. HOW?? There was no notice from the company. We have to fax over the paperwork manually. Its 2019, why is big corporation still using manual fax machines. Not only that, they still did not receive the fax on Monday. I was told by Jon, it usually takes 24-72 hours to receive a fax. The paperwork being improperly miss managed, does not even being to describe how long it takes to physically get the part you need. Professionally speaking, I suggest a direct contact line, email confirmation, directly shipping tracking via fedex, or UPS. I also recommend the supplier digital update.
