This is worst experience, I do have receipt and tag is on. I went to return my sweater because it was so big for me. And manager said they cannot return because . Tag is intact and number is not match. Such a Lier I can see number is totally match with receipt. Very bad customer service.
Worst manager ever see.
There is clearly tag number and receipt number matched.
Open eye wider and see Mager lady.

I adore this store. This is my go-to store for everything; I visit it once a week. However, this time, I had a bad experience with the store associate —I'm not sure what her name is—when I went there to get a lunch box because mine broke and I needed it immediately to pack my lunch. When I got there, there were three boxes inside; I could see the top, smaller box, but not the bottom, larger one. The box wasn't even wrapped in plastic, or rather, it wasn't packed so I couldn't open it. It was only the little piece of tape that was in the box, which you can reattach. I tried to check inside the larger lunchbox after opening the tiny tape, but she walked over and informed me that because I opened the box, I have to pay for it even though I don't like it. I work in sales as well, and we never tell customers not to open something if it's easily packed or request pay just because they open it. It's simply a lunch box; it's not food. I won't be returning to this store to shop.

A fan of Marshalls and have shopped in their stores all over the country. This store was interesting.
1) Friendly, more talkative staff than most stores. 2) Great location in a safe plaza with other similar stores
3) Parking was easy
4) Store was clean but poorly organized especially the shoes.
It was not a negative experience just not my Marshall expectations.
Found many items on clearance and was glad I stopped.
