The staff at Master is top notch! I had a flat tire on my way to the hospital to check on my aunt who wasn't doing well. I was emotional, and they handles me with such care. They stopped what they were doing and tended to my tire. The tire was fixed in about 15 minutes, and they sent me on my way. I am so grateful to have them right at my back door! Thank you so much, Master!!! You have a forever customer.

Stay as far away from this place as you can get. I have never been treated so rudely in all the years I’ve dealt with hundreds of businesses. Disrespectful, unreasonable, short- tempered, condescending bullies who think they can make the rules up as they go along. This place is a complete joke of an auto repair shop. Don’t find out the hard way. Just go somewhere else.

So far so great with Eric’s. I love that they offer the ability to wait for simple tasks like oil change. They are clean and very polite. There were quite a few things that needed addressing on my car and they went through all of them in detail and with patience to my many questions! I’ve only just started taking my car there, but if this keeps up I will most certainly continue and recommend!

Very pleased with Eric’s Mastercraft shop. I just had ABS brake work done on my truck and had a broken belt on a tire and rear shocks. I was very pleased with the price and the service. They went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. Very professional people.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was seriously busy, but they were able to get my car in for diagnostics and replace the brake pads, rotors and calipers. They did a safety inspection and since I am new to STL and umfamiliar with the safety inspection, let me.k ow what i needed done before i would register my car here, and what could wait. We didn't have a ride home or back to the shop and they dropped us off at home and came and picked us up to get my car.

We called today and asked if there was an immediate appointment for inspection and oil change. They said they would try to fit us in and we expected to wait over night. Instead the car went right up and we were out of there in 2 hours or less! Stellar service and we will be back!!!!

I brought my car in for the first time today after my sister recommended them and had an amazing experience!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. They were clear about what needed to be done and price. I feel like I’ve finally found an honest and high quality shop. Plus, I got to hang out with the owner’s sweet pup named Captain while I waited. What a fantastic experience! 15/10
