We had an emergency with our adult son’s adjustable base on his bed. He currently is bed bound and depends on the base to perform daily functions. It stopped working last night. We stayed up till around 4 am trying to fix it, ultimately it was finished. This morning we called and spoke to Jake at Mattress Firm and what a pleasure it was. We are receiving a new base tomorrow morning. Every other place had 4 to 8 week shipping wait. We will definitely use them again. We appreciate all they did.
