Finding the right shoe has been an issue. I returned 2 pairs of shoes. After 10 business days, I had to call to inquire about the refund, only to be told that the customer service number you call does not issue refunds, only corporate. I asked if I could call corporate, and she said no. She said if I did not see the refund tomorrow to call and she would email corporate. Very few companies take 10 business days to issue refunds. Floating on my money.

As other reviews point out, the quality of the MBT USA shoes is not what the now-defunct Swiss version was. The padding does indeed deteriorate in about 6-months of normal wear. And good luck trying to get hold of customer service. After 2 unanswered emails, I called and got disconnected 4 times before I finally found a rep who told me that they do NOT offer exchanges. Their refund policy is tenuous as well and they make the customer fully responsible for tracking and loss. The only reason for the extra star is the shipping and packaging - which were efficient and expeditious. Unfortunately, MBT is one of only a few who make much-needed rocker-bottom shoes for those with foot and ankle injuries. HINT: Wait for Black Friday and Cyber Monday to buy for the maximum discount, otherwise you will overpay.

I loved my original MBTs. They were comfortable, made my plantar fasciitis pain disappear, and they lasted. Now that MBT USA has taken over quality has plummeted. Several pairs of my shoes have started to fall apart, particularly the sole separating from the upper. These are not cheap shoes, especially when factoring US/Cdn $ exchange + shipping fees. I will no longer be buying MBT shoes. They're poorly made in China and priced outrageously for the poor quality they represent. These are no longer the high quality Swiss MBT shoes of the past. Don't waste your $.

I recently had to contact MBT USA with regard to a pair of MBT shoes I previously purchased. MBT USA customer service (Sheri) not only listened to my concerns, but was proactive to resolve my issue. I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. It's nice to see a company that backs up their product with stellar customer service. I'm now a fan of MBT!!

The shoes were poorly constructed and my credit card info was stolen. This is not a reputable company. MBT shoes used to made in Switzerland but I learned that company went out of business and this MBT USA is likely a scam.

MBT shoes - Buyer beware. These shoes are expensive and feel great when new. My Shoe soles are hardly worn but the foam heel deteriorated over time. I called customer service and they admitted to the problem but offered no replacement or repair only at my cost. I would give it a 1 star but they are truly comfortable. Wish they would repair them. See photos.
