“I had been to another shop for issues with my power chair and got the run around, 1st I needed a new battery [it was 3 years old]. Still not working, went back a 2nd time to be told the motors were going bad and needed a replacement. They charged a service charge and did nothing.

I went to Mobility City looking to purchase a new power chair. I told them the problem. Their tech took it and came back minutes later and said try it. They had connected their hand held controller and changed one setting.

This was several months ago and the power chair works great to this day.

What was their charge? ZERO, nothing. That is awesome customer service.”

“I recently moved here from out of state. Yesterday was my first time in this uniform shop. I was taken care of by Emily. She was extremely professional, friendly and so helpful, the selection they had was unbelievable. Highly recommend this uniform shop if you want reasonably price, beautiful scrubs.”

“Scott Bender, c,Ped,Ost is AMAZING! I was prepared to spend upwards of $300.00. Scott asked me a few questions and was able to see that what I needed was not going to be there. He gave me very clear instruction on what type of shoe I would need to help me with my issue. He could have sold me a bill of goods and taken my money. He did not. That's a real healer people!! Thank you Scott. I will always recommend Hanger Clinic!!”

“The staff at Quipt in Ronnie's Plaza were so nice. I took my script in late on a Thursday and Jennifer called me early the following Tuesday to come and get the knee scooter I needed.
Guy carried it out to the truck for me. Now that's service! Thank you Jennifer and Guy!”

“I had the pleasure of running into a magnificent crew at this establishment. I started by talking to a gentleman who created me and I don’t know what part I needed it and he walked me over and introduce me to Elizabeth Kirkendall. She told me she could help me if I could give her the Vin of the scooter that I had bought from my wife years before. Everybody and I mean, everybody went out of the way to help me and I believe that I will get the satisfaction I’ve been looking for for the last three or four weeks that I did not receive at several other places. My hats off to these folks. I encourage anybody that is looking for a scooter, a chairlift or a chair that helps you get out of your sleeping position to go visit this establishment. Thank you so much to Liz and her crew.”
