Customer service people are rude. I believe her name is Ty , went to return item purchased ealier. Had to pay the difference for the new. But before I can go get the new (big ticket) they wanted me to run to the back of the store go get a copy of the receipt that I brought back then come up to the front and go all the way back to the back again but they wanted me to go upstairs and get the product and then bring it down so they can load so I can load it didn’t make sense to me. You’ve been easier for somebody in the back that received the item that I returned bring the receipt upfront. Let me pay the difference there then by time I get to the back of the store my item will be there waiting, but they Ty refused to do that. She said I was lazy and didn’t wanna go upstairs and pull my own item. I explained to her where I picked it up was the back of the store because there were three bulky outlet items. They have better ways of transport than I do so I ordered it to pick it up and back so before they even touch the item, they gotta have the receipt that I returned it, which was in the back of the store and she wanted me to go upstairs and pull the product. I said why can’t I just pay the difference here I just have the order pulled and have it downstairs so I can pick it up. That would be the easiest way to do it so anyway, she copped an attitude and I hate difficult people and do insinuate that I was lazy stirred me up even more. so needless to say I left that Store called the one out in Manchester Road 15 minutes away. Call them on the phone. They had my item at the door waiting for me to pick it up. That’s how easy it went and that’s all they had to do at Richmond Heights but they thought it was not their position or job to do that so I hope the girl gets a learning lesson out of this.

First off, Shawn in lighting was helpful and directed me to a number of products I was looking for!I really appreciated his help. I spoke to 5 other employees who were not helpful in locating items. I had 3 items I was still looking for, but got non-committal answers and no actual assistance in locating the items. These items showed as in stock, but no further effort to locate the products was given. This was disappointing as there were not many clients, and several associates at answer centers chatting and checking phones. I work retail as well so I try to give grace, but from the standpoint of a leader, I would expect my associates to do more to help in the moment.

Today the visit was great. Sam helped me get the toilet that I needed and he took it to the register. Dereck put it in my car for me and I was on my way!!! Everyone that I came in contact with was very helpful this morning!! Thank you!

Love that they have stuff that the other two big box stores just don’t carry. I they have a wider selection but just with their power tool offerings were more than Bosch.

They had the products I needed. This was my 2nd store in 2 days. I was in & out. Even picked up some stuff I didn't need...gotta love that! The only issue was the price for an item rang for more than the shelf price...but the lady fixed that with no issue.

I work with hundreds of supply companies across the country, but this Menards—and especially the manager James—stood out in a big way. After a long, frustrating game of phone tag with the manufacturer, James stepped in, took ownership, and got my siding materials expedited. He followed through on every promise, kept me in the loop with updates, and ultimately solved the issue. It’s rare to find someone that dependable. Grateful for the outstanding service—James went above and beyond!

They still have a few decent products if you sort your way through the trash. However if you do end up buying a poor quality tool that doesn't perform. You are on the hook for their poor quality control as they won't return it even if purchased a day prior. They do not stand behind the quality of their products. Buyer beware. It's like a big shitty harbor freight

Menards is always great. I think they have everything. This location is very conveniently located near I-64. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Ask an employee where the automotive section was I was sent to aisle 20 there was no automotive stuff in aisle 20 at all whatsoever I left this place is miserable

Terrible policy. I ordered item online they charged me a pick up fee and then when I return it, they would not refund the pick up fee.
