We had a super pleasant experience with Metro Storage today, particularly the lady behind the desk. She spoke with us multiple times and was just so enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. She made a rough day of moving (and not such great movers, for another review) so much better. Picking up using the app was easy and we had no issues with equipment. Hopefully no more moves in the near future but if there are, we will use Metro Storage again.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The process is horrible on the app but the staff at this location helped get everything right and apologized when it wasn't even their fault. This is now my second time doing business with them and I will continue to come back and to recommend this location to people I know.

Was scheduled for U-Haul return. No way to return after hours. No message the day prior that they had no room. Staff was very rude and had no info on where I needed to take trailer. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Waste 2 hrs of my time
