I really like metro but it's the employees they are always on something else or they waiting on two or more people at a time but if you are patient they will take care of your needs.

Had a horrible experience Nov.21 The young lady working didn't help me, I'm 50 yes old, disabled, and had a 3 ye old child with me, and she just told me I needed $130 for a phone, she didn't even check my status, I been loyal customer for 4 + years. I was forced to switch to Boost! I told her I wanted to stay with Metro! Nov 21, at 3pm it was the young chubby girl! She needs to be fired

I went to the location on Lindell but the system was down.I went on MLK and Grand the guys looked at my phone solved the problem. I'll be back soon to upgrade once they get new inventory. ?

Metro is full of shiiiiiiit !!! Horrible customer service. Phone agents don't know what their doing. My phone was cut off 3 times in 1 month. Systems aren't connected . Made payment got text saying thanks but my phone still got cut off. And talking & understanding what the clueless agent has to say is very frustrating. I will no longer do business with you. I will never recommend you to anyone.
