You guys are supposed to have knowledge about cell phones right? I've been two different metros and couldn't get any answers. So I finally went ahead and called the customer service for Metro and Eleanor helped me out immediately . It took her 5 minutes to diagnose my problem. While the other two people in the stores looked at my phone completely clueless, went through a couple settings and handed it back to me and told me my phone was garbage. A few clicks from Eleanor and my phone was immediately fixed. The problem was I tried to downgrade my package and somehow it got put on tablet mode. That's all it was wrong with the phone but these pathetic and Metro employees both told me my phone was garbage. Pathetic

It's ok, what I don't like is now when u upgrade you have to pay full price for a phone!!! Which is ridiculous !! And the only to not have to pay full price is to change your number which again is ridiculous!! I've had my number for years!!!

Stay away !!! Nobody's there when I try to go in for service. I go during the hours posted on the door, the lights are on, but door is locked and knocking does no good. This has happened several times. Metro PCS phone support is a joke too. Their support is a just a bunch of foreign people who don't understand English, working in a room with people yelling so loud the workers can't even hear you. They are totally useless. After 11 (Eleven) years we're finished with T Mobil/Metro PCS. Have purchased six phones, and five lines on two accounts here, but I guess they don't give a darn about customers. I'm going to Consumer Cellular, you should too, unless you're like most of the people in this area with bad credit. Have a good day.

They were able to get me on a plan and unlock my phone when everyone else told me I wouldn’t be able to use my phone again. Only took an hour. Great customer service.

Shattered my iPad Mini 5 screen and I called every repair shop in STL. CommDepot was the best and they were able to fix my iPad within 2 hours. The workers have great customer service and I’m so grateful. My iPad looks brand new.
