I needed to get a phone replaced. I got off work just in time to make it to the location GPS took me to. NO LONGER A METRO STORE! The building was empty. This misinformation wasted my time & and gas, AND I was not able to make it to another store before they closed?

Honestly I have been with them since like 2013 or 2014 and I absolutely Love them... I went with a different carrier at one time, but not for long ( maybe a month if that, and I definitely went right back to metropcs ). I RECOMMEND MetroPCS.

I have being using Metro for my phone service for my entire family for almost 2 years now and my problem started on Saturday.My husband purchased a phone on Saturday, we returned it instantly less than 30 mins. It was NOT an upgrade it was a new phone and based on the policy we could refund within 14 days of purchase, and this was less than an hour after. We returned the phone and politely asked for a refund. We were told by the store clerk that he couldn't do a refund as the only person who was authorized to do so was the store manager. That was fine with me until I asked so when will she be here? I was told she would not be in store for an entire week. I still wanted a refund but was obviously not reaching anywhere. So i thought ok let me do an exchange. After chosing another phone, I was told i had to pay for this new phone as he can't do an exchange either. So with not much of an option i asked if i could just leave the phone and my number, take my receipt and return once the manager is available. I was told no i should keep the phone.I would get a call. Today is Tuesday, my husband has visited the store on Monday and he did again today, still no Manager and no refund.I just want to share my story hopefully someone will read it who can assist.

A truly deserved 5 star review. I don't hand these kit lightly. What was special was the customer service. I've never had better at a cell phone store. The process were great, the network is great. I switched (ported) my number over so I kept my same number and got a $250 phone for free after paying first months bill and a $25 activation fee. So for $75 I walked out with the latest medium to high end phone (I choose the Motor Stylus mainly because it's got 4gb ram and is made by Google so it'll get updates quickly it's also quite lightweight) but the best part is the battery lasts very long .my total was $101.50 and the guy made it an even $100 for me. Also get a rubber cause (I got a clear one for $20) and I got insurance for the first 6 months (after that if it breaks I just switch back to boost for $75 again).But yeah the customer service guy gave me 4 medium to relatively high end phones to choose from for FREE. These were all $200-$300 phones and that's the real price not some marked up one Just generally the guy really, truly cares and wanted to help me (and did it on almost ten minutes?!). Yeah I'll be back and I'll tell my friends. Cheap unlimited plans, free phone, good service (so many stores actually give you BAD service like they hate having customers I swear.Come here for a cheap unlimited plan with a $250 phone for free and the BEST customer service. I've written hundreds of reviews. Trust me the service here stands out.

Yeah...they will set there and let the phone ring while they do nothing. Watched them and they didnt know it was me calling while i was in the store
