I was in the store on Wednesday 8-21-24. My phone had recently broke and I was in a urgent need to switch back to my old phone just momentarily. Immediately the employee(who's name I cant remember)was more concerned with me purchasing a new phone which I fully had intended to do at a later time but needed to get back to work. I understand that's part of his job but he was a absolutely zero help to me and had a awful attitude as soon as he realized I wasn't going to be purchasing anything right then. He told me it would cost $35 to switch from my current phone to my old phone both of which I own. I ended up calling metro and customer care did exactly what I needed without it costing me a cent. So I'm not sure if he was just going to pocket my money or what hes real intention was. But I did go and purchase a new phone later that day at the Cherokee location instead. I will never spend my hard earned money at this location ever again.

I went to a metro pcs store before going to this location due to IPhone 11 was out of stock at that tier place. They had one in stock but the prices differed dramatically. The agent told me three different prices all for same phone and plan which was not comforting. Then I asked him to talk to his manager Amber. She was able to properly explain the cost and why unlike agent. Their store is about 120 dollars more than three other stores. I asked Amber if she could do anything to help me due to being lied to three different times by agent. She said No. I mentioned leaving a review and she said I don’t care if you give me a half star review. I would but 1 star is as low as you can go. Would not recommend store.

The iPhone 11 is free when you switch but they are going to force you to get a bundle that's 215 dollars plus the first month an activation, it's a scam nobody has the right to force you to buy something you don't need.

Kenya Reed gave my son and I excellent customer service. Kenya greeted us with a smile & very helpful with selecting our upgraded phones. She didn't try to push the most expensive phones but knowledgeable about every phone. She didn't rush us, took her time & pleasant through the whole process. This has been the best experience with Metro. Metro needs more customer service associates just like Kenya. Thank you Kenya, you are the best!!

I went to get a new phone just when the store was closing. The guy had no problem with 10 minutes to close. Got me together in 30 minutes without an attitude. Plus threw in some freebies. It was a good experience

Customers check your account this store has committed fraud on my account and now they don't answer my calls. I live in another state and they were able to access my account without authorization. Mona was the person who helped me and is now avoiding my calls. This store needs to be shut down. An investigator is now investigating this store.

The lady at this store was cool as a cucumber. She also helped my phone (it would do everything but make or receive calls) and did not charge me a dime.
