Calls when bill is overdue and when I say to pay it over the phone it hangs up on me guess they really don't want my money to pay for sewer and they are supposed to take care of our neighborhood culvert and it is full of overgrown weeds and brush.

Worst utility company in STL and it is not even close. I am sure some great people work there, but I have yet to ever speak to one. I look forward to the inevitable class action lawsuit you will have to pay STL residents one day.
