DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SHYSTERS. Drove a car off their lot, paid cash, and within ONE HOUR (even with a safety and emissions inspection) the engine blew, and it's inoperable. Towed it back to their lot and because sold "as-is" will not accept the car, return the money, anything. As-is only applies when you actually represent that something is in working order, not lie as to what a piece of crap you are selling to a kid spending his life savings. These people are getting sued now under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. Hopefully the judge will see things differently.

Worst experience ever in March of 2022 I put ***** dollars down on a 2011 Audi Q5 within a week my check engine light came on and a light saying low oil and the car began to cut off. I told the owner wha was going on and he told me to bring the vehicle back so they could fix which I did, I received the car back and within two more days the check engine light came back on and the car continued to shut off and a light would pop up saying it was low oil. I then got a diagnostics done and the car needed a motor I told the owner it needed a motor he started sending smart replies bc I wanted my money back I didnt even drive this car a full month. They are ****** and I was basically sold a lemon I would not recommend anyone to purchase a reliable vehicle from them. They are ******

The owner was nice but the vehicle that I received was a lemon I gave 6,000 dollars down on a Audi Q5 and after a month in a half it stopped running, I got a Diagnostic done and the car needed a motor. I reached out to who I purchased the vehicle from and he stated it was my responsibility to get it fixed. The worst experience ever if you want a reliable car I do not suggest this car lot at all.

DONT WASTE MONEY/TIME! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.bought a car here with a warranty to fix oil leaks. They denied anything being wrong but knew car had issues from the start. From the week I bought car up to 1 1/2 yr later i had tried getting them to fix my car with no success. It was after my attorney threatened them to fix my car or give me refund that they opted for " fixing" car. 2020 i called their mechanic to fix a belt that had tore due to oil leaking on it.the mechanic admitted working on my car prior to purchase and said it definatly had issues with oil leaks. 03/2021 car was taken in by midwest motors it was running ok no lights just needed oil leaks repaired. Car was kept 2 weeks supposedly to insure correct repairs. Engine was pulled out without my consent and water pump was replaced without my consent they installed timing chain incorrectly, water pump was leaking, bolts were missing parts were left loose etc. Car had check engine light on at pickup . Demal slammed door on my hand when I refused to sign paperwork, threatened to keep my car and refused to check the car after. They have made up lies on me left me with a car that no longer drives and over $4k in repairs!. Ive been insulted, humiliated, and left with no job do to this have to raise my kids and still pay Bill's along with car insurance and plates even though I'm not able to move car ..its been a struggle. They will do whatever to sell you a car however once it's yours they treat you as there worst enemy and dont honor anything. I reported this to BBB to which they refused to respond.PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE NO ONE DESERVES TO BE PUT THROUGH THIS specially ladies BEWARE

bought a car from this place that had issues they lied about. when asked for carfax i was told they had issues pulling it up. they denied the car being in an accident or having anything wrong with it. after test drive i suspected oil leaks to which they finally offered a written warranty to fix oil leaks to get me to buy the car. Midwest motors owner told me to drive the car a few days and oil smells would be gone. The car turned out to have multiple engine oil leaks. same week i tried having them fix the leaks but they denied anything being wrong despite the obvious signs of leaks in fact they had excuse after excuse to not see the car. the oil leaks started causing other issues with the car. in one occasion i had their own mechanic come repair a serpentine belt that was torn due to it slipping because oil was leaking directly on it. car needed repaired in order to pass inspections. their mechanic then told me he had worked on this car prior to me purchasing it and that the car in fact had engine oil leaks and would continue causing further issues if not repaired soon.that was confirmation that this dealership knew about the issues but lied to me. I missed days of work, gas, payed rides and spent a lot of time trying to get them to honor this warranty. A year later they cut all communication with me, claiming i had drove the car around (out of state) put miles on it and anything couldve been wrong. all were lies i never trusted the car to even go out of town let alone out of state.. they failed to acknowledge that i tried since the week i purchased the car to get it seen by them. I then had an attorney write them a letter to honor the written warranty to repair oil leaks or i would be taking them to court. Without a choice they had me bring my car in , kept a week to get a special tool needed just to end up; taking out the whole engine without my consent. almost 2 years after purchasing a defective car they took it in with NOTHING wrong with it other than oil leaks, they were suppose to repair! however they decided to keep car 2 weeks and return it with check engine light on, water pump replaced(which had nothing to do with oil), leaking coolant, and non drivable do to timing chain placed incorrectly along with other issues. Im a single mom who made it clear i was struggling when i purchased this car and needed something RELIABLE... i have now lost my job due to no transportation, struggled with bills, my kids are out walking in this weather, i have no way to appointments and important things. Ive tried having them be responsable for the current repair costs totaling over $4000 and all they did, owners,(Demal and Al) was insult me, humiliate me, take my money, lied on me, sold me a defective car and lied about the condition, Demal even slammed his door on my hand when i went to get my car because i refused to sign his bunch of papers. and they deny responsability to all damages they caused to my only vehicle! regardless of ALL evidence i have collected against them. WORST PLACE EVER..i noticed some reviews is their own friends or family i would just avoid this place all together they have no heart and only want your money but of course they will promise whatever and be the nicest to get you to buy.I will not be the one to let this go i have little ones i need this car for. BUYERS BEWARE!

FIVE STAR SERVICE! I work in customer service and sales myself and I can’t say enough about what an amazing job Demal and the guys at Midwest motors did for us. We had been looking around from private sellers to dealers with little to no luck. When we arrived at Midwest Motors LLC we were greeted immediately, and treated like millionaires. I’ve been driving the car for about a month now it’s been great, I got a fair price on it and he even helped me get rid of an older car that I was having trouble selling myself. He’s also giving me great service after the sale which is important. I would highly recommend at least giving these guys a shot to earn your business. I will be returning when I am considering my next purchase. Thank you!
