Amanda, NP provided a horrible and scary experience . The visit started out good. But she performed a very unclean technique when drawing my blood. With a non gloved finger she touched the area she stuck me. At this time she asked was I ok (the needle has been inserted). I let her know I was distrusted. What can I do she had already stuck me without recleaning the area she touched then stuck. Immediately she removed the needle basically told me to get out she knows what she’s doing. I asked her would she try again with the correct technique, no. I basically left that visit without services I came there for because a healthcare professional put my health at risk and was upset that I said something about it.The reason why I am actually posting this is because I found on my medical records she documented an untruth. She stated that I was rude to her, which was total not a truthful statement. I specifically maintained a cool tone without an aggressive manner. However, it could be warranted if it had, because my health is at risk now due to a NP not following basic infection control techniques with a blood drawn.I would never suggest use of Amanda, NP for anything. There is to many other things in this world to become sick from. Not from someone who is taught and employed to maintain your health.

I used to come here all the time and today they were booked with appointments. I seen the nurse and asked what I can take over the counter and she said I can’t give u any advice without a appointment. Being in pain, it really is all about the money.

Ashley King NP did me a huge favor today by seeing me. The website said they had no appointments available, I needed to be seen ASAP and I was a walk-in. I’m pretty sure she was on break. She provided me with everything I needed during my appointment and for my aftercare. I received outstanding service from her and the pharmacy. 100% would recommend.

Amanda APN was phenomenal. Quick and easy for a DOT physical. If you’re an owner op you can schedule an appointment a couple days in advance. I scheduled same day and there were many slots open. Thank you Amanda ?

Went for my biometrics health screening. Scheduled appointment the day before at 5pm. I was registered and called in about 5 min before my actual time. Nurse practitioner was friendly, professional, and efficient. My overall experience was great. An easy 5 stars!

I registered on line went out check in put all my information in. Got call in to the room they started asking questions I answer them they tried to run my insurance would not go thourough. So I said I'll pay out of pocket. They ask me questions that didn't atain to me. So at the end she ask me my birthday. She printed out all the paper work then she change my birthday. So went to pick up my medicine my insurance won't work there got looking she had me registerd under my son so now his account and mine are screw up .

Every time I go to check in on-line it never works. Then when I get here to walk in it's always 90 min wait! I could've waited at home if your online check-in worked properly!! So annoying!

I brought my 3 boys here for flu vaccinations and we were so pleased with the great customer service and also Amanda got us in and out in under 20 minutes. Great experience
