I brought in something very valuable, to me. Not really wanting to sell, but I've come upon hard times. Even though I couldn't let go of my piece for what they offered, he gave me lots of information and recommendations on where I could go and what I could do. He was very helpful and kind.

Went in there for the 1st time willing to accept any amount offered to me, as I always do my first time in a new shop. They did not give me an itemized offer for my pieces, and I felt it shady, they did not tell me what they were paying under spot, and made me feel as if they KNEW I did not know much about what I had for sale. I typically behave in this manner to see if a shop is trustworthy. I can’t say if they are trustworthy or not, but I can say that I would not do business here. For my entire transaction, I calculated that they paid me 15% under spot. Usually when this happens I assume the shop really needs the money, so I agreed and left to never return.

This was such a surprisingly fabulous experience! When I walked in I knew absolutely nothing about gold and silver, how the appraisal and sale of these items work, or what my items were worth. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and helpful. He explained everything fully, patiently answered all my questions, and discussed everything to me fully so i could make educated decisions. I left the shop absolutely confident I had been treated fairly and honestly can't imagine how this could have been a better experience.

Great place to sell generic silver bullion and junk silver, came in today to sell some pieces and was given a very fair price, the person I spoke with was very kind and professional, we previously spoke over the phone before I came in to discuss pricing, all in all a great selling experience and I would highly reccomend Missouri Gold Buyers & Jewelry!
